Don't worry about Sid Snail anyone, I've had a message to say he's on a mission but will be home by morning.

Mind you, if you do see him, he's about a foot long and has a really cheeky grin. Whatever you do don't stop him, he can be quite ferocious..........

A builders for me now and some more cheese and biscuits followed by a jam doughnut, will leap over the counter to the urn..........ouch!

I'm better today. I had a good talk to myself in the night and decided to put my worries in a box inside my brain and think about them on the day next week.

Well, Annie has a pet snail, she called him Stanley she had me on telling me she wrote his name on his bottom. I believed her.

Well today, we have got a bit jolly and Annie said her sanail went up her leg well I did a picture of this snail I found ans asked how far up her leg did he go cos he had a grin on his face.

Then my mind went to last night with Debs and you and I started to giggle when I get like that I cnnot stop.

Well peeps were saying they needed tenna ladies. I told Val and she said she had bought one to help with their bad backs.

I have tried that, to box things and sort them out, sometimes it works ok, sometimes I end up in a pickle, but that's just me, pickled. quite how I manage that on T and water, I don't know.

Off out again tomorrow, need some groceries and bits, will call in at my folks, take a nice cake from Mark's......something with lots of cream and jam.

I don't know, I am getting a bit dithery, I had angina in the night and this morning, had to use my sprays to settle it. Been ok since, with the pills etc. don't like it when it comes on in the night, worries me silly, but it went with the spray. I was saying to the cardiologist that I think it is indigestion, but he said, no, it is your coronary arteries, they are spastic, ie they go into spasm and the pills can only control things so far, so USE your spray. OK Boss.
