    Hi Toni,

Its pink and its already got a flower on it :D I am thinking graves or the bank...... If it goes to the graves well it might be too soon for 3 of them..... If it goes in the bank it can use the hawthorns..... I just not sure which to do just ow...... hey the sheeps might end up eating it...... They think they are brambles you know.....

Right I must go make my choice and think the bank behind the graves will win.......

Foal will be here in a few days..... I need to stay awake :lol:

You and Daisy get your selves in that boat and get down here to fend off the seagulls....... xxx

    HI Everyone,

thanks for coming with me this morning .... I hope you enjoyed the trip .... we weren't there long

Nothing to it today ......but waiting for results on Friday .... at least I don't have to be there until 1.20 on Friday, so that is a relief - no early morning dog stagger that day :lol::lol::lol:

I did get a shock at the hospital though when I went for a coffee ..... last time (about 4 weeks ago) a small black coffee cost 86p :D and although the seating area was tired, it was comfy to sit on and easy to get up from the chairs.

Today ....... it all looks totally different ... all decked out in the green and cream of a well-known coffee chain .... and a small black coffee .....sorry I should have said 'tall americano' cost £1.40

The lady behind me asked to buy a bottle of water and they now do not sell water  and they couldn't even give her tap water because it was not for drinking

THe seating is horrid ...... sculpted wooden seats which have very little to get hold of to move them, so they scrape over the floor, and they are so low that I nearly had to stay cos I couldn't get out of the seat :lol::lol::lol:

Apparently it was the first day of the new look, but no-one was lurking asking for feedback. I think I'll take a letter pointing out my observations when I go on Friday .... silly really that in a hospital that takes care over the seating in the waiting rooms (they have all been made more user-friendly and slightly higher ) they miss out this thought when it comes to the refreshment area

sorry .... think I went on a rant there!

anyone for a large black coffee which is totally free?:lol::lol:

    Hi Barbara,

Bless him he was quite a big part of my life... not always for the right reasons.... He used to do runners better than any dog I have met, even went to the school 2 miles aways nativity play... the most most embarrassing thing he ever did..... he was quite a dog and so striking.... It will get easier and is now where near as bad as my old springer and sheep......

Hope your having a bit of sun there? We had torrential rain for 3 days but today is quite nice really..... (((( )))) xx

    Hi Wonky,

Oh seats... why do they have such low ones? Mind in the local one they have proper chairs and they are what I need to get up again (they are high and have arms) but the big hospital... I just stand, or weave to be precise.

I hope it went ok and Little legs has forgiven you? (((((( )))))) a builders and do you want some energy with that? xx

Hi Trish you snuck in  A (((((( ))))))) and a hope your feeling a bit better? Your coffee mam and would you like energy with it as well  xx

Hi Cris, Toni Barbara also Joy and Wonky.

Well, I have spent the night worrying but I have dealt with it and put it in a box in a corner of my brain. I will worry next week though.

Wonky, I knoiw what you mean about the prices's. Yesterday we went for a coffee and hubby got a slice of cake for me as I needed to take some meds. I hope your tests are alright

Well it was fruit cake and only a slice. The coffee was only a small one. It came to £2.50 just for that.

So for the two of us the cafe was £5.00 The parking was £7.00.

It does cost a lot to be unwell doesn't it. I was lucky I did not have to pay for my prescription.

What an expensive day out. I do feel for you who have to pay for prescriptions as well.

Hi Toni, not spoken to you for a while. xx

Barbara not spoken to you for a while, hope you are ok. xx

Joy nice to see you back xx

    HI Cris,

It did go OK thanks, was easier than I thought, and well they didn't try to x-ray me again thank goodness!

Have got a lovely picture of you weaving right now :lol::lol:

Littlelegs has forgiven me for leaving her for 4 hours .... she is repaying me by sleeping on my bed right now ..... she has the king size quilt made into a nest  and is snoring :lol::lol:

yes please to energy ...... really whacked after busy early morning (but nothing like as busy as yours are ) so a double strength one please

hope you are feeling a little better today (crohns) and that thinking of Milo is not too painful today.

hugs great big hugs for you and slurps (and snores) from herself

    HI Trisher,

thanks for your PM ...... you are a star. Hope you got mine last night and it was useful. Glad you are not worrying for now ..... it won't help you to worry

I know what you mean about hospital visits being expensive ..... must remember to take a sandwich with me next time. With train fare, bus fares and coffee and a sandwich I have spent nearly £8 today without thinking of petrol. And then of course I went shopping too  .

got to do it all again on Friday but going to suggest hubby comes to meet me so I don't spend too much :lol::lol::lol::lol:

I swer by my prescription pre-payment certificate .... .I can manage £10 a month for 10 months, but if I had to pay for each one ..     it would be a new mortgage we'd need cos hubby has meds too :lol::lol::lol:

    big hugs to you

Hi there Val, Trish, Barbara Tony, Cris, and all. My memory has gone somewhere.
Always going off for a walk without me.
busy morning, went to the Balance Clinic to see my Nurse at the practise. Lost 2 kilos, but waist still massive.
Told her about kidney infection, was very painful. Told her that not very happy with a certain dr I saw 5 days ago when I had a message to go in about my meds.(that's another story) having finished antibiotics, but still felt ill so took a sample with me. I was just told that I hadn't given the meds time to work. He took my BP however and it was very high, 178/78 or something like that. Surely this would have told him that I was not well. Didn't check sample
Anyway, back in emergency surgury y'day, and guess what, kidney infection back with a vengence and there was blood in the sample this time. It's the bad headache that's bothering me too.
Trouble is, if you put a complaint in, they could chuck you out of the practice. Oh I do miss my old dr. He has retired now.
I should go to bed but got too much to do.

Afternoon all, Cris, Val, Toni, who else did I see.........oh dear.

Been out and about (locally) with the in laws, looking at property, they are happy with what they have seen and are looking forward to selling up and moving nearer to us, which will be nice.

Fed up with getting in and out of car now, so am aching like a beast at the moment.

Going to take all my T time meds and then go for my nap.

Hope you are all as ok as possible, sending bubbly hugs in abundance.

Speak later, mind you, Big Brother starts tonight, should I get into it or not,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmm will have to see.

    Wonky

I used to pay for my presciptions and a long time ago I was under the care of the Thrombosis Clinic.

My doctor was a Proffessor. He was so nice to me.

Well I was put on a form of Heparin injections which I had to do 2 or 3 times a day.

I went for my appointment and had all the tests I had to have. Then I collected the injections.

I was told that I might have to pay for them. They were made in France. Well it worked out I was going to pay about £20 for these alone.

This goes back a good number of years. I don't think I could have had them if I had to pay them.

I have many medical problems so I'm exempt now.

When you all get arthur, you are not going to recover are you?

They can slow it down but it is always still there. When you are like this you should not have to pay for prescriptions.

It should be under a Cronic illness and you should not have to pay.

Hi Trish, Jan.............I know there was someone else, but the memory is in fail mode.

Just popped in for a builders, taking a break as it is too hot outside for the minute. It'll be OK when the sun moves round a bit.

Can't think what to have for tea.........
