    I must lay down had this pain all day right across my stomach don't know if I have pulled a muscle or what.

    I will see you tomorrow have taken my meds bit it has not help the pain much.

    LOL, nah, just my Sunday name, takes too long to type otherwise. I have boiled the kettle, I think there is some milk on simmer, for a chocolate...........am just about to hit the biscuit tin here.

    New I was in for a rough ride tonight. :cry:

    I'm feeling rather rough, stomach pain has worsend. Have taken some pain killers and popped in for a hot drink. That might help.

    Have filled hot my water bottle up sorry if I have taken the hot water. I have refilled and put on a low burner. Should be ready when peeps come in.

    Try again.
