morning Val, Toni, and whoever is lurking behind the bacon butties, did I say I had left some on the warmer? The place looks lovely, I have been shirking my duties, so will have a clean round at the end of the day. Hugs to everyone, hope you are having a fair day and arthur is not doing his damnedest to spoil things.

Off out for a little drive, well, OH will be driving Miss Daisy 8) then going to have lunch out, which will be nice, could not be fussed to make it at home today, my oomph has gone again.

Still waking up, the double dose of amitryp seems to do nothing for neuropathy pains, but dopes me completely. :roll: Looks like that will be stopping and pregablin will be starting.

Can't see anyone in just now, so just sneaking in to borrow a flask so I can leave some nice hot tea on the bench in the garden for Cris. She says she might pop out into the garden later after her evening duties. Will return the flask in the morning Val.

Ooh - yummy cake creatiion, think I'd better just have a taste of that too (just to make sure it's ok you understand).....

Not read back yet but need some energy desprately. Woke up and felt bad this morning.

Think I'm still flaring or something. Got pain across my tum as well have not eaten anything that might have been off.

The joys of arthur and and all what goes with it. He don't like me, wonder what I did to him? :shock:

I hope you are all okish though.

Hubby yelled his head off a while ago so I think England must have scored a goal. :P

yes sent mine out to pub to watch so i get piece to watch it lol for fathers day the boys have got steve a 6ft by 10ft flag bigger than our house lol

Bubbles, i take amptripylines & pregabalins so they might leave you on them at night though.

I can't watch it. Horrible noise from those horns makes me sick, so I try to turn sound down, but not the same.. I'm too nervous for England. those yanks will try their best to rile Rooney.

Trish, just tried that lolly ice trick, and it worked! Not feeling sick any more.

Saw Coleen Rooney this afternoon, with her mum, and the baby. he`s the image of Wayne - God help him! - she lives quite close to me. Thought she may have been in South Africa, but I`m reliably informed that the WAGS have been told to stay away. Also Alex Gerrard was shopping - does she do owt else - in town, last week when I was there.
