Hi Julie, Val, Trish, Jan, had an hour in my chair, recovering from the day. Back was in spasm so had every pill going.

Hope you manage to get some rest tonight Julie and Trish, sending hugs.

I could go for an ice cream, they look lovely. Will hunt down the chocolate sauce.

Hi Trish, have come back for another pineapple juice. You know, I think that plant might be a hosta? Something like that..........I'm not good on those.

Julie, 3 nights without sleep is at least 2 nights too many. Is it the pain keeping you awake? You've got all my sympathy, although that won't help in a practical way.

Oh, Bubbles, I didn't see you sitting there so quietly. Finish your ice cream and then potter in slow motion! That's what I've been doing today.

My pains are everywhere. My poor hands though they are very bad.

As I said above my left index finger has gone stiff. I cannot bend it at all. It has almost fallen over to the left. The top joint is twisting but drooping down.

It is hard to explain. It is really painful. So is everywhere but I'm worried about my hands though.

Much the same painwise & im worried about this thumb. not sure about it as it feels like the joint is loose but pulls like its a tendon problem  Ive only got the deforming at the base of thumb not like you :( Normal is the daily pains that never subside. My feet are murder too. I asked GP to refer me back to physio & he said i need OT to write to him to explain why i need refering  I was so mad but im leaving it now as we go away next weekend & will ring when we get back.

    Hi Brenda

So you have had a nice day after a bad night. What wakes you up just the pain??

Perhaps your doctor should give you something stronger, even if you can take it at night that would be something wouldn't it?

I think this hot weather is a lot to do with our pain.

If not i write it all down then do the stories when i get back.

Hi Trish it is pain that wakes me up, I think its usually when the paracetamol wear off, but am waking up more than once lately so not so sure. Could do with something to take at bedtime to help sleep. This is why he gave me the slow release tramadol, so wouldn't have to get up through the night, but it hasn't quite gone to plan :(

We did have Bubbles with us but she must have gone pottering again.
Don't think she has taken her night meds yet.
