Hi Annie,

He is upright I can say now he has worried me sick since he was born he couldn't get up originally...... Took us an hour to get him on his feet and two before he could do it himself..... Bless him these big foals do have a bit of trouble....

The neck is mush better thanks Annie, it can't argue with 8 triggers with cortisone and local..... she does both shoulder muscles from the top of the neck to midway down the back.... they ain't half big muscles and the jabs stop them spasming so much...... The lumber is screaming at me but that's all the bones rubbing and not much can be done with that.....

Ice Cream, Please Trish, perhaps a cream soda to float the ice cream in..........that would be nice. Hope everyone is as ok as possible, hugs all round and tlc where needed.

Just home and having a large cup of T and a few minutes rest.

Dad is home now, we all went to collect him this afternoon. They had to far* about with his meds to take home, counting them, re counting, well, you can imagine, Bubbles went into Matron mode. "IS there something wrong with his tablets"? Oh no, we just need to collect some more from pharmacy.................well, I know from experience that can take all day, but it didn't, five minutes and they were back on the ward.

Off we went, OH pushing Dad in wheelchair, Mother, then me wobbling along at the back. At least he is home and will be fast asleep now, in his chair.

I rang his GP surgery and his doctor is visiting tomorrow and from now on, all visits will be done at home, then district nurse will swing into action after next week, plus the OT, to sort out some more grab rails. I just told them what was going to happen and the lady said, "ok, no problems".
Sorted his pills, took all the old ones away, supper is courtesy of M&S, in the fridge and they are all comfy and sorted.

Right, I must come out of Nurse mode now. :shock:

some days it hard when everytime i turn around she is there making me feel i do not do enough around the house bless her but love her loads and try to spend quality time with her when i can wether it for cup of tea during week or special day out just so glad got her

Oooops - went outside to help with the watering, got caught by neighbour........been chatting all this time. She's given me a huge clump of something........I will look it up, but it has a huge white flower on it and varigated leaves, very good to look at.
