    hi everyone,

so I am now officially discharged from the psychotherapist (Del & Pixy - CBT = Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) but I can ring up if I get in a real panic for one reminder appointment (phew!) or even be re-referred.

the things we do to cope with Life and Arthur eh?

Ange - here have some grated root ginger to add to your lemon and honey drink .... thaT IS SURE to send your cold away!

hope Julie & Trisher are ok ....... still fliltting from pocket to pocket, inbetween being rather grumpy today.

right .... a huge load of hugs left for everyone, along with some choccy biscuits the builders seem not to want to eat (they are nice honest!)

    see you later

    Hi Barbara

Well it was not a very good day. First of all we were in a traffic jam in the oneway only bit. Then there were cars behind us. All we could do was wait.

As the traffic moved forward there were two fire engines in the hospital which opens out in this road.

We never saw any smoke or people running away so I presume it was a leak or something.

When we got to where I was having it done there were quite a few people waiting so it was ages before we went in.

I was sedated and they did it and I woke up in a little ward. The nurses were very nice to me and made me a sandwich and a cold drink.

I was tired still when I came home so I had a nap.

Thank you all so very much for being there for me. Before I was sedated my last thought was all of you in a giant sized pocket.

I woke up still thinking of it.

They advised I was sedated though so I took their advise.

I have a sore throat but I expect that is usual.

Thanks Barbara and all of you. You really are the best.

    Love Trish xxxxx
