    trisher will be back later in the day for some bread and butter pudding going to have a slice of that walnut cake with my milk as waiting for pain meds to kick in. you left the place spotless thanks . just popped in the toilets while waiting for milk to warm all clean put more bleach in gents lol. washed hands well as do not want bad stomache to go with everything else. the books looking great just going to brows to see which can read till get back off to sleep.am taking abarat by clive barker sounds different will let u know.

    good morning have aired the place through fresh flowers out counter is shining just waiting for some staff to come in. will have a cup of t while i wait. any one else want one can recomend the walnut cake ended up having two pieces last night lol

    It made me laugh to log on this morning and see how long this thread has become!

    The girls all had colds this weekend so I was glad to pack them off to school this morning. Think I'll skive off work for a bit and have an egg butty (runny egg please) and a cup of tea. And I'll have some cake, would be rude to refuse :-)

    Anyone else coming in?

    We have sun again but it is a trifle cold still no rain now a days is such a bonus :lol::lol:

    I think you open a new tab or open intenet twice and in the second one google cosgan de animerte smilies and then you'copy and paste them as you need them.

    Hi folks

    Sorry bit late in, it's been a bit of a "gin soaked in raisins" sort of a day or should that be " raisins soaked in gin"? :| No think I was right the first time. :?

    Glad the cafe been busy, if there is any left I just gotta have some of trishers bread and butter pudding with a cuppa please.

    Thanks for keeping the books tidy while I was away, hope the Clive Barker to your liking Val and that Toni enjoys the Kathy Reichs. I've put a shelf of the Richard and Judy recommendations up so do help yourselves. Think I'll have a Victoria Hislop I did enjoy the last one, a hearwarming tale about leprosy ( I kid you not )

    p.s. loved the picture of the gorgeous dogs, I did sneak a peep before the webmanager deleted them. Are they spies! No offence WM please don't delete me too when I have just become visible. It was the nicest thing to happen to me all day.

    I do hope rehab isn't sill waitin for his tea?

    sorry rehab i pulled a sickie today,didnt realise this cafe was gonna be so busy.
    sunday lunches did me in,didnt have a minute to get a word in.

    what do you all want for a specials board tomorrow :?:
    i can do a mean meat & potato pie.
    potatos dapine(whatever) for the veggies option.
    the cakes are coming in thick n fast.
    and of course they'll now be an all day breakfast.
