Useless information Toni. Its my autistic streak. I just remember peoples birthdays/ star signs.
Actually feeling very sad cos read that Bobby Hebb died on Tuesday. One of my I-pod songs that got me through the THR and also my wedding song ( whenever it happens) will be his Love, Love, Love. I know many of you have never heard of him but means a lot to me.
He also wrote and sung Sunny.

No worries hun, I always used butterflies when veins were playing hide and seek.
Sounds like you have had a good party, I could just drink a gin and tonic, keep saying that to OH when we are in the shops, but never buy any, am sure just one would not hurt, once in a while.
Not too bad today, back just niggling through the pregabalins, few more blisters appearing on my hands............. Save that and everything else, I am FINE,XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Once in a while would be ok if you just had one drink they say that. Drink it slowly might think you have had more.
They do use Butterflies on me but it is still two three times before they get it. The District nurses used to take it from my wrist. One day the nurse came and said there had been an incident and they are not allowed to take it from there now.
So Green needle in my arms for 30 years and they collaspsed.

Right, we will go with an orange needle, takes longer, but usually easier to find veins with them, if they are really hidden. They used to call me from other wards, if they were having trouble getting bloods, only a few times the veins eluded me. Hands and wrists are damned sore to the poor patient, especially with green needles.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
I think I will get a bottle of Gin, the last one took me two years to finish, plus the M in law had some too.
Bought a netbook today, taking it back tomorrow, useless thing, doesnt do what it says on the box, so rang shop and we can have a full refund. :roll:XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
It is blowing a gale here, don't recall them saying it would be so windy.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0

That is what I use now. It is ok for here and emailing. It is not like a bigger one. I find when I cannot use the keys because of my fingers so it is easier to put the pencil on the letters.
Yes well if it took you two yearsto drink it well I guess you will be fine. Do you have a drink at Christmas?
Trish xx0 -
The rain came down in buckets today I thought we were in for a storm but the sun came out. It did smell fresh afterwards.
It is calm here now.0 -
