washed the dishes put the hoover around the front room and decided needed me time as been down lately so have painted my nails used clear as hands do shake a little and does not always go where i want it to lol but look nice and shinny now . legs still got the aches going for walk in min see if that helps

I do hope the walk will help and have you tried some of the gel cream? I used to be a sceptic but it does seem to help my shoulder and neck.... a bit.... ((( ))) and hope you soon feel better. She wants to know can she and Marigold go with you please? xx

Spent more than 3 hours at the hossy this morning just getting X-rays and bloods done. Hope my next Rheumy appointment will be through soon - don't mind if I have to wait for this one, I'd just like to know when it is.

Gasping for a builders, haven't had many today - unless you count the hospital ones, which were the usual dishwater.

Have we got any coffee cake around? Could just do with a big slice.
