Off to get groceries in the morning, while it is quiet, will be in my buggy in Tesco's, whizzing round, scooping up the maltesers as I pass by.

Nipping into Mark's as well, then pop in on the folks, for a cup of T. OH wants to be back early to get in the garden, first time for ages since it has been fine weather.

Will catch you tomorrow, for sure, take lots of care and hope you get some good rests. Lots of care mind, listen to nurse Bubbles. xxxx

I think it`s just me and Cuddles here.

I`m having a bacon and egg buttie, and a builders.

I`m feeling sorta shell shocked. This is the first morning that I haven`t had to be up at the crack of dawn for the builders, and I feel so tired, and a bit weird. How is it you get so exhausted watching other people work? Maybe it`s watching your home knocked about. Tomorrow the electrician wires everything up, and on Tuesday the floor tiles are fitted. I`m afraid the decorating is going to have to wait a week or two. I need a break. It`s all been a bit much..........Ange.

I am rarely on this thread but saw you say something about your ear? I've been having probs with my right ear. Feels like something is in it but there isn't. Sometimes really sore but mostly just feeling weird. I think mine is swollen up inside but GP says no.

What's happening with yours? Hope it is better.

New to this Cafe so don't know what is on the menu. Can I have a roll with mung beans but actually tastles like lurpak, crispy bacon and tomato sauce??

Its very stressful. All you can see is the mess and the tidying up after they've finished.

Not very hungry today. Feeling flat and defeated.

It's very humid here this afternoon, been working outside in the garden and I am melting.

Think a builders and some apple and blackberry pie and cream should help.........will take it over to the seat by the window and check on my new flower-bed.

Ange flower its like that..... you get rid f the people and it goes quiet and suddenly you are asleep! I hope you are okish as you can be.

I have popped in for a coffee please. I cannot do much writing as my hands are so painful I cannot hold my pencil.

Perhaps I will have some meds soon to try and stop aethur for making me be so painful everywhere.

Annie, if you are about I found these Whelk shells in my pocket also the bones from your jellied eels.

No, did did not go home and throw my cardigan off like someone did and I ended up with a black eye.

I have one pocket that is soaking wet I presume that was Annie also Jean when they had a hissy fit and cried because they were told they could not come in with the knitting needles and whelks and jellied eels.

Wonky the coal tar soap smelled lovely.

Thank you girls for being there for me and I must say when you go to these tests you really do thinks of the people that are in your pockets.

I really cannot type any more at the moment as my hands, wrists and shoulders are so painful. are so painful.

For once I just want to curl up and go to sleep. Please excuse me for being rude I don't mean to be.

Just realised how much i miss Gammon Could I have a gammon steak with Chips ans a fried egg.We can't get gammon here in Spain But the dry cured bacon is brilliant
