    Time for a builders and a slice of coffee cake........the one with buttercream icing all over and in it.

    It's a lovely evening here, really warm and mellow. A beautiful pink, lilac and lavender sunset tonight, too - a sweet-pea sunset.

    doing ok thanks we have to dont we my oldest walking on air he had bet on football and won £3oo only put £3 on he took us for a drink bless him left them to it

    Hope everyone has had a fair day, the weather had been lovely, pottered in the garden while OH strimmed, mowed and did the heavy jobs.

    I missed you my friend. I have been roaming the halls in the dark of night, it been a warm night.

    Still cannot sleep Annie left a pm for you don't panic yet still at home. Just feeling so sick will call the doctor out tomorrow if I'm still like this.

    I'm in sooo much pain even the oramorph is not working. Feel flu like again and wrists have swollwn up had to take splints off.

    Going to take half a sleeping tablet it might work.

    Half done morning duties but have ground to a halt for a builders and some energy :lol: I think I should also have some poached eggs on toast.
