    I'll putkettle on for the late comers.

    Wonky,wondering how the Cbt has been. I just order the book ''over coming chronic pain' 'its a CBT book by Dr Francis Cole that was advised to read by pain clinic.
    I'll post if its any good.
    If i get any peace n quiet here to read it. Think i just might have a few days in bed,but then again i cant get comfy anywhere to sit n read :roll: back n neck are screaMING NOW.

    Best have hot chocci by myself Brenda has gone away.

    Kettle is ready if Wonky comes in china tea tea cup all on a silver tray sanwiches ready.

    No good had a bad night been in pain and sick this is wearing me out.

    Miss my early morning buddy Brenda. If you do look in am missing you already but hope you are

    Will take an ovaltine and have some more meds soon. I hope this Steroid injection starts to work on my wrist hands elbows also my shoulders.

    Maybe if my platlets have still dropped and they give me a blood transfusion I might feel a bit stronger and fight arthur more.

    Well I do hope you are all haveing a restful night

    Mornin All,

    Its a bit like outdoors is auditioning for a part in the next production of the Fog! Its horrible and not induceive to being out there too long cus its also very wet. Warmer now the wind has dropped.....

    Is there any cakes left please? I really feel like something megga sickly.... cake, jam and cream sounds good to me just now!
