Afternoon ladies
Not read back yet but do hope you are feeling okish.
Will have a coffee first and sit in the corner and read. Managed 4 hours sleep after talking to Brenda and Val during the night and early morning.
It is a blue sky6 sunny day here but raining in between. If only I could do the washing I would have had it out and dried and been ironing it now.
Well wishful thinking I love ironing in another life.

You still around Trish? Anyone in?
Well, I'll have a builders and a lump of that bread pudding I see sitting over there...............and I will sit by the window with my crochet.........I am making blanket squares to use up some wool.

Hi folks.
Sorry didn't get in this morning. Poor you Trish. You must be out of your mind and must be like torture. The doc needs to give you something to knock you out so to speak, just to try and get some kind of sleeping pattern back.
Been out with the grandsons all day. 3 1/2, 6 and 7 1/2. They're great kids. Very noisy but I love it. Came home with giant sized headache though and my eyes have been bad since my last MTX injection. Does anyone else get a kind of conjunctivitis feeling because that's what it feels like.
Hate this weather. The strong winds give me a bad head.
Hope nobody has suffered too much damage or flooding. Still, it is nearly aug bank hols isn't it.
I'm off to bed early tonight. Feel like I could sleep a week. Wish I could give you some Trish.
Another busy day tomorrow. I just feel like I am not going to let this Arthur get the better of me. I shall pray that you get some rest tonight Trish.

I do, Barbara, I do.....crochet, that is.
Up to now over 50 years I have completed at least 4 double bed size blankets, 20 or more single bed size and uncountable cot size blankets.......and all done with wool odds and ends, sometimes bits left over from knitting, sometimes bits found in charity shops, some simply passed on to me.
It's one of the few things my hands will do now even if they are bad.......DK wool and a wool hook are the only things they can cope with. Sometimes I can't do much at a time, but these things gradually grow. I've almost always got one on the go somewhere.
According to my daughter I am currently making one of several small blankets for cats.........the Cats Welfare Trust she helps out with is asking for them. Well, one is nearly ready!

Find your local Crafts or Needlework shop - someone there can often show you how to start off. Otherwise get a book....there are loads out there. It truly isn't difficult, but it passes the time constructively and above all it is cheap to do!

Just getting a glass of water.
got up about half hour ago. My back is killing me and just lately I am having a lot of trouble walking, the pains in my feet and legs.
Especially after yesterday with the boys. Always suffer days after.
Got stung by a wasp too last Thursday and it was infected so my hand and arm didn't go down. That's all blown up again.
So it has woke me up. Shall try and get back to bed shortly.
Trish, you still having probs?0
