    Hi Val how's you today?

Jan, can I come too? I'm small enough to fit in a holdall.

Need a builders after going to garden centre/DIY with Himself.........he rushes me round there like the end of the world is coming and I've got home with only one lampshade when I needed two.

Cooler here today and overcast but no rain as yet.

Will settle over there with my builders and will wait for the rain to start.

wish I had come on at 3am - could have kept each other company. Must have been something about last night with us all being up and hurting

I've opened the windows to let some sun and fresh air in, will someone close them in an hour or so please? don't want the guests to start shivvering

I need sustenance, I'm off to the hospital for a new experience and I don't want to go. I need succour and comfort, so a bowl of homemade curried parsnip soup, please, followed by 2 cream cakes. Those big chocolate-covered-round-choux-pastry efforts, you know the sort. Thank you. I shall go and sit in the corner and ponder life. DD
