Oh Toni, a big hug to Charlie from me. And another for her worried Mum.

I HATE hearing about kids being sick, and having to endure tests and stuff. I had to give up work at Alder Hey for that reason. It was having a dreadful effect on me, but I still felt like I was letting them down.

Can I have a big bacon buttie, and a huge builders please? Ange.x.

Hope you've managed to warm up & have a nice nap, Pixie. Hope the doc is understanding & can help too.
Joy - why don't you hang some paintings in our cafe - all the artists do that in my town & you might get some sales too. We would all love something beautiful to look at too whilst we're munching!
Toni - please dont worry about all the tests for your daughter. I suffer from severe migraine & they do seem like mini-strokes & are horrid but harmless. They had to do all those tests on me too when I was a teenager but they are just to be safe.
Do I have you on FB cos there is a really great page for the Migraine Trust there. I'll look & invite if you don't mind.
Another cuppa tea in my Christmas mug please & a banana!

    Hi Pennie

    thanks for that

Dont think you were on when she had a biggie in June - she lost the whole left side of her body - lapsed in and out of consciousness and tried to undress and tried to dress in the bedsheets etc.

They did a CT scan (amongst other things) at the time but she was so confused she didnt know what was happening :(

Since then she has had lots of little ones just loosing hand or lip or leg or side of face.

Do you have them too???

    Love

    Good afternoon ladies

Awe sorry not read back, don't think I can catch up now.

I do hope you are all okish??

Will have a coffee and a sticky bun with a cherry on the top.
Sorry been awol so much. I still have to use this sonic nebbies it gets the drugs into you quicker. That is that is fine it is the side effects after I have used it I'm all shakey, my heart starts thumping and gives me a headache.

That stops then it is time for another one.

On top of that the 40mgs of Steroids is making me bounce off the walls and the ceiling.

The chest infection although I'm better it is still lingering still got some noises in the chest which with Asthma it is hard to clear it up.

I'm tired but hardly sleep. It is worse during the night when it is dark and quiet, hubby gently snoring. I'm sleeping for a few hours then I'm awake with arthur or something else.

So sorry for moaning to you all. I have missed you all.

Will sit by the window and watch the people go by.

    Love Trish xxxxx

    Halloo? Anyone in?

Gasping for a builders, so will leap over the counter as usual and help myself.......will have a rummage and see if there's any apple pie left.

Have had a day out at the Wetlands Trust site close by - amazing what small animals and birds are still around now, saw a water vole eating his lunch - bless!

A lovely peaceful day, very therapeutic, highly recommended. Only thing is, it's left me feeling ravenous and I had a good lunch there, too.

Will go and see what I can find..........

    Hi Trish, how's it going?

I gave myself 10 out of 10 for trying today, and I did enjoy it - but now my legs don't want to walk any more. It was worth it, but I am shattered now.

Those ducks were cheeky, pulling at my jacket if I wasn't quick enough with the seed! Ducks look so funny when they are running and because it was all board walks, we could hear them pattering along behind us...........aaah!

Going to collect my new specs tomorrow, aha - a new image! Hope they help, as sight going all fuzzy round the edges at times.

Will have another builders - don't know that I will last much longer tonight, but will try.

    Have missed these.....mmmmmm aaweee.........awwee

Think I will be Miss piggy and have another one.

    Annie

Good on you for enjoying life to the full. You have been so much better since you retired.

I saw a programme the other night I like the Property programme when they take people around to find the right house they wanted to move to. Well it was one about houses in Brighton.

The other week they showed where I live. They said our local station is going to be vamped up ready for the Olympics.

I like watching the programme Grand Designs wheree they build their own houses.

If you see I'm amking mistakes it is my nebbies making me shake so if I swear it is a mistake just warning.

Annie the other night I could hardly type to you there were fours L's in this bit took me ages to put it right.

I have just thought of something funny.

Well you all know I'm in a wheelchair and have been for a long while.

Wheen I went to that MIR Scan and my stumps went up in the air. It has just dawned on mme. I have been like that for a long while so you imagine you take me out the chair well I must be shaped like a chair  Like an L shape.

Just thought of that don't ask me why.

    Good evening
Just popped in for a night cap Ovaltine I think I'll have.
Getting to bed soon. Going to have to start warming my comforters up I think. Gosh it was so cold last night the extra quilt went on the bed.
Put a new thread on - received some rather anxious making news this afternoon so didn't get back on AC as I had hoped to.
Trisher, hope you can try and get some rest tonight. Seems like you need something to completely knock you out.
I seem to have simmered down my latest flare up of PMR. Gosh it was so painful this time. Even my head was bad this time. All the cranium pains building up over the last twelve months are due to the PMR.
Jan and Cris. hope you both feel a lot better soon too and anyone else - we have another long cold winter ahead of us. Apparently the ground has not warmed up enough since last year. On the local news the other night, here in East Anglia they took a temperature of the ground. As the thermometer went into the ground, it showed 28 degrees but as it got to 10 inches, it plummeted. Wasabout 4 degrees. Shall have to start bringing my yukkas in.
Well, a quick check on FB and then bed. have a good night everyone.

    Joy

Testing 1-2-3 anyone hear. it seems to be very quiet again.

I'll have a large builders & several buckets of energy.
Got to be up earlier as going to visit mum & dad then eldest daughter then off to pick up youngest & her friend. Off to blackpool on saturday for the day so if im not about much you'll knoiw why. I'll be shattered & no im not going on any rides  my spine & other joints are knackered enough without any help from scary rides.

I'll sit in the corner for a bit by the fire.
