    Awe I'm sorry I forgot you were here, I went up to bed that takes ages to get me orgnsised for the night, we go through a check list, mobile phone check, tv remotes check, I Pad check, drinks check, computer, tablets check,

    im a lot better than i was thankyou, on steroids and had to have jabs yesterday followed by 3 antihystemines and 8 steroids for the next 5 days. cant take dicloflex anymore so pain will increase but hey ho these things are set to try us.

    i know this not a topic for a place serving food but am getting awfull wind it stopping me eating feel so bloated will have to read meds think i took one with out food for last couple of days and that might have triggered it but was awfull not to mention when it made its way out :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

    Hi everyone!
    Just popped in for tea & lunch. I am so excited - in april my lovely son gave me a voucher for the local spa (no, not the greengrocer!) to go have a afternoon of elemis treatments. I felt too ill to go until now so am on my way there now! Woop woop! Bit nervous as to how I'll get onto my tummy on table as haven't tried that manoeuvre yet - hang on, can I just shift this ketchup. Ooooomph - phew there you go!!
    Oops have got crumbs on my best top now.

    Don't you worry hun, I was pottering with cups of T and then went to rest. You make sure you are ok.

    Hi to everyone, not had a proper read back, but will do later. Upset tummies, IBS, Colpermin is one that I swear by, it works a treat if I ever get a flare up, you can buy it over the counter.
    Hugs all round, am on guard as there have been two burglaries near us, which has set me on a dither. Wondered why the Police were walking around today. Were we are is SO quiet and out of the way. We are all on neighourhood watch now and I am big chief curtain twitcher a015.gif Next door will take over while we have a nap. Then I will resume duties. The people burgled were away at the time, so it makes you wonder who is watching..................stop it bubbles, you will freak yourself out. :shock: Be back later.........................
