I had a bath this morning then went for a lie down and catch my breath and fell asleep. I had four hours but hubby had to wake me because of meds.

Just popping in to say hi, been out all day and now very tired and in a lot of pain, but it was worth it I will tell you I met and shook hands with the high commishoner of Malaya :shock: and I met the queen and king of Malaya :shock: :shock: :shock: They were talking to my dad :shock: So from now on you must curtsey when greeting me

Hi Trish, Debs Rose, Coco and all who have been about today, hope everyone is as ok as possible, sending as ever. Now, who was trying to crowbar my medicine trolley there are cameras inside, plus it is uber strong steel.
Well done Trish, for hiding the key, you keep one and I will keep the spare. We are usually the last ones up, so we can guard it.

Had a busy day, over at the folks, well, OH was busy, I pottered with Mother, while OH and dad were busy doing things with shelves and sawing wood.

I have blueberry muffins from Mark's, if anyone would like one, with creme fraiche.

Bubbles you still struggling with the Pregalins? What dose you on now? I cant remember what other meds your on with them but they could be making you highr than you should be.

Came in for an Ovaltine and a Blueberry muffin....hhmmmm that was yummy.

Had to open the medicine trolley needed more pain meds. I wrote it in the book as to what I took. Oxycontin and a swig or Orarmorph. then I neede my jab so took that as well. Put the key away safely.

I hope youa are all having a nice sleepy night.

Do you do brunch? If so beans, bacon, fried egg and bread, mushrooms, fried today and a large mug of hot chocolate. Oh yes and some dark sauce amd two slices of bread and butter please. Feeling a little peckish!!!!
