Hey up everybody,
The smell of bacon has lured me in. Toni, you make the bestest ever bacon and egg butties. Large builders too please.

Now, where`s Handsome Harry? He`s going to be so pleased that I got his fave Mars bars - packets of six with two extra free Haz! - from Tesco yesterday. Stocked up on them. Oh, and sorted out some old handbags for him to chew on. Is it any wonder he loves me? ..........Ange.

I hope you all ok today, we got sun again and blue skies No heat in the sun but it is December eh?!

I shall grab a builders and some energy and hog the fire...... I must tape this window up, in daylight I see there really is a 1" gap and it tappers each side for a good foot :shock: No wonder I was col last night eh?!

Morning duties finished I might now actually write my cards :roll: You all put me to shame on that one.....

It's no good Rob, Ange and Anne have all been at the bacon, I can smell it a mile off and do hope there is some left?
Hope you are all having a reasonable day. Yes a watery sun here too we really are being spoiled.

Hope the coffee morning went ok Wonky and that Debs have recovered from all the travelling yesterday. Don't worry Wonky I am always behind with Christmas prep, some of the guys here are so organised, I know you have complications this year, hang in there.
Cris bless you for the Christmas spirit, it really cheered me up and I have actually dug out a few decorations today though can't compete with that beautiful singing hawthorn. Hope you got the cold taped out by now and that Milo isn't auditioning somewhere?

I think I should like a big clotted cream and choc profiterole and a builders as well as the bucket of energy which today I really do need

My lodgers went to their winter grazing today, this place sort of feels empty at the mo but deep down I am pleased they have cus they are mobile mud machines and I got too much of it already! Its also very open and cold here, bleak being the better word, but come a hot summers day its lovely....... as I remember, I really hope the next one will bring a decent reminder

Sorry it was a tough morning for you. I think a few of us losing the Christmas spirit, but hopefully on a temporary basis. I found mine this morning again, so will send some on to you with some hugs.
I intend to find a bit more by watching X factor tonight with a large glass of sommat wicked and a lighter handy ( to light them candles you understand )

I've just got back from a family lunch - well, it was quite a long one - but I'm gasping for a builders and a slice of mmmmmm ooooooh, apple pie and cream YAY :!:

It's not been too bad a day here, very sunny and mild this morning but now we have a cold wind and a little very lumpy rain.......I told that where it could go, 'cos I'm so afraid of falling down when it's icy or slippery - could you give me a lift, Trish?

errm I just poked the lights a bit.

Well course I had to use my brolly. Miss Stompy was biting my eerrm bum. She thought my brown skirt was chocolate.

There's a big hole in my skirt now look right at the b part, it's big, no not me her teeth. :shock:

Cris, my little flower, I know very little - well nowt really - about electrics, but I don`t like the sound of that second fire. Have you overloaded the system, or is there some faulty wiring somewhere. I don`t want to scare you, but I am worried. Can someone have a look at it for you?

I don't want you to worry Ange, its not the main electrics, the tv just went up and the junction box also just went up maybe loose wires inside..... Just what they can do I guess :shock: I am half good at electrics but I didn't touch these, except to chuck them out I did turn the whole electric off when I went to do the sheepies cus I now have this fear of No 3! xx
