Sorry about your poor fishy frog 😞 I hoped for better news I thought I wouldn't speak too soon. Yes I see the other will need a home glad you had somewhere in mind, and they will have a companion, maybe more? Hope your day has been ok in general, it is extremely windy 😮 but no rain in overnight, maybe just the wind in the wrong direction though & it wasn't that heavy so the diagnosing continues. The poor chap will be slightly dreading a text from me almost as much as I'm dreading finding damp I expect, no rain forecast here til Tues next though so can't do anything now. I went off to Piddle today as it was sunny and that rescued it from being too offputting, didn't buy anything much. They were asking for an optional small donation at the payment screen if using cards, good idea but I think it was causing a bit of a muddle with people having to press something extra before it went through. Not a bad walk back but I reckon a nice flowering currant hedge I used to admire has been cut down, people just can't help themselves can they 😠🙄. I shall take the next turning in future! Hope Sleek is pleased with her bag when it arrives, it is rather sweet, and very summery 😊🌞. And hope the 'new' fitbit is in good working order. Yes I can imagine Elfie's traditional singing all too well 😂. Shorts? I await updates with interest 😄. Love to all 😘 xx

I get what you mean about the way things are going at work Jojo, and the new thing of doing whatever is their say-so 🙄 isn't it typical that change comes in and hardly ever the right way, that would help. Glad you had a nice walk to the park it is so windy today, it would like a nice breezy day at the sea if there were any sea for miles 😄. hey Toady, Sucré is pedalling away now on the bike. He can ride as far as he wants and is now hounding me for an electric mx bike. I said he could have one as soon as he learnt to pedal as he had mastered his balance bike and was rolling downhiil feet up at alarming speed considering it has no brakes. 😳

i was booked and paid up to do my track day at Snetterton today, but I felt so rough and miserable this morning I couldn’t face the 1&1/4 hour ride there in the rain, and I had the feeling that some idiot would take me out on track and wreck both me and my bike so I stayed at home. One of my best friends asked me if i had gone about 8 am and I explained how I felt and that I was gonna have the morning at home and then maybe go for a ride if I felt better this afternoon so he came over after lunch and we rode out to the wildes of Suffolk which was nice but left me absolutely shattered.

Think I gonna have to admit that some things just aren’t possible any more. Track days being one of them. I certainly don’t bounce like I did 20 years ago, I just go thud now!

I am going to mention my depression to the doctor when I see him about my anaemia because i think there is an alternative to MTX that doesn’t cause depression.

well that was all d&g wasn’t it? Sorry ‘bout that.

Hi toady and frogmorton my talk to the manager went down well my manager said he wants me to stay on my own department and do the job I've been doing and I don't have to go to other departments or do heavy lifting. So it pretty much went well. Good night everyone.

one of the blue carb episodes featured the cat saying very sarcastically “and pigs might fly” he was referencing the rook- aviator, but I think also that littleys can fly in the sky very angelically - unless they’ve eaten twice their body weight in doughnuts laced with tomato ketchup of course

Morning Skinny keef when are you seeing your consultant next? I hope it's not too long. Feeling depressed is so tough. We don't know whether it's the pain or the meds, but if you know things have got worse since starting the MTX you must see what they can do.

You will do track days in the future you were right to sign and pay up and also right not to go when you were in pain. Even your ride out in Suffolk proved that.

Tia used to need her potato and cheese on separate plates too but she is quite normal now I know BR will turn out lovely he is a sweet boy. To be fair they do often give you your tomato sauce in a little bowl when you eat out don't they?

Not sure about BIL's 'lard' dessert. I mean cholesterol in a dish or what?!! With or without tom sauce though?😁

Can littleys fly? Yes in their dreams I am sure they can and for some reason they can eat twice their body weight in junk and still stay perfectly slim🙄

Sleek ordered the bag on prime and it came yesterday in pink and white it is lovely she will bring it over later to show you it. She was most dischuffed that we were out all night at the car meet, but Elfie scampered over on his own and had a great night. When we got home he and Paul stayed up watching 'shed and buried' till all hours so he is fast asleep.

Well I am glad your roof is ok atm but wish you had found the issue. Our roofer actually told me that he does dread certain numbers coming up on his phone. Including ours😣

Well a lovely start to the day I may be taking my one remaining fish to the aquatics place although I might leave it till Monday when the children will be back is school and it should be quieter. She seems ok atm. I did a water change.

Would you believe after 2 days not working my old fitbit is now working. At least I will have a plan B one too when the 'new' one arrives hopefully today.

Thanks Frog I'll be going to Doc's on Wednesday for another painkilling jab.

I'm getting an handrail built up the steps to the garden from a local Blacksmiths so hopeful it should make life easier.
