how are you tonight?
my sister, as far as I know she has been working from home more than she’s supposed to.
I’m not quite sure exactly what’s going on now with her.She is of course taking the medicines, but whether she has decided to listen to the doctors instructions and rest properly, I’m not quite sure.
my poor sister, I do of course, feel sorry for her even though she is just as stubborn as my dad, no doubt
My brother-in-law is perhaps “enjoying” a baptism by fire, he’s never so much as even boiled a pan of rice. Shameful reallyat least she’s slowly getting there that’s my reading of the situation anyway
Yes I agree avoiding group so that I can also avoid roasting in the Sun like a mima - shaped potato is definitely the priority lol
Yes, TTOTM is indeed an unpleasant thing. Sometimes I get away relatively lightly but today I must admit I was a bit tearful anyway still much better than feeling a bit hormonal we all know nasty that can be 🤢
LA got very angry, because the girl who gatecrashed his party For some reason held my mums hand for a little while,
which was very sweet, of course, but LA gave the killer look, that he inherited from his mother etc and this look was saying “ first of all you weren’t invited. Secondly you have to bring your own grandmother. This is not your granny, she’s mine, so don’t hold her hand, you have no right to do so! thank you goodbye!” How funny lol.
The little girl was dressed very sweetly in a ballerina outfit and I have a feeling her poor Mummy must’ve spent hours curling her hair perfectly.
Oh dear, so glad that’s not one of my duties I would make one of the most terrible hair stylists on the planet lolMums okay now thanks I’m just really hoping that this isn’t going to be a string of almost hypo situations

Had a good so decided to help my department out guess that was a bad idea had to sit in the toilet 5 minutes and could hardly walk home my body was so exhausted I hope everyone has had a good evening.

Morning Toady going to be a bit of a scorcher today. I started cutting the grass yesterday (rain tomorrow) and my battery ran ooot! So I ended up watering my garden and the Church wall which took forever even with my new watering cans. Quite a few of the plants we planted are flowering now at least.
Yes Sleek was proper laughing No idea what the joke was I missed. Elfie is having a go at my latest puzzle
He's putting some statues together bless so he reckons. He is joining Sleek to eat some of your snacks, but he will also have a look at your paypal balance he loves paperwork. Well and work actually. He might tell you the joke?

Fitbit 1 is still not holding charge so will go in the drawer for emergencies fitbit 2 is doing really well except for the strap which won't stay clipped. I am using the posh one I bought which does stay clipped but is less easy for me to put on and off Paul's help required really. Thanks for asking possibly i need an original fitbit strap on it. £29 😯

Ah Charley used to hate it if any of her friends got my attention she used to get jealous too. It is tough for them to share their special people, but the little girl must have needed a Granny's support. How did she end up gate crashing though? Was her brother invited or something?
Glad to hear your sister is on the mend even if she is risking a backwards step working from home. She is ambitious and of course wants to do well at work I suppose. She is already disadvantaged being a female with young children. So unfortunately she probably feels she has to work twice as hard as any man there.🙄

morning all.
Feel okay this morning pain wise, I have left off the diclowhatsit and my bp is back to normal/low. Also feel better in my head. Thanks for the concern Toni. I made myself pop out to my semi local bikeshop/café yesterday for a coffee and Snockers bar. That was always my splash and dash filling station pit stop when I used to ride down to Alicante for the winter and always reminds me of happier times. Then i got a call from Niff to say her and Sucré were back from their day out so I called over there. Just us 3 as Anda was in London at the Tower to see the Ceremony of Keys. Too much faffing around for me and no motorcycles involved lol.I’ve caught up on all the TT Races action. A couple of the guys I follow did well with podiums and a win. The onboard / road side footage really gives an impression of the speed and danger with the brick walls zipping by at 3 figure speeds. 😳😳😳
I have no desire to see it in person anymore, i like my comfy chair and a cuppa in front of my big tv. Almost as good as being there, I can almost smell the fuel and oil fumes.Nice dry day today. My 2 are back this morning and Sucré asked me to meet him at Nursery this morning and take him to the drop off point so gonna ride up there in a mo. He is such a lovely little human I hardly ever say no to him. I could do with a lay in but I go get the bike out in a mo and put my leathers on, or maybe the other way around don’t wanna scare the neighbours lol.

Morning frogmorton I've woke up not too bad today I think it could be rest day today for my day off maybe a sneaky film. Yeah unfortunately that's the problem with me I have too much of a kind heart and can't leave my department struggling I guess I'm still learning what I can and can't do now. It really frustrates me I used to be really active. Anyway I hope you are well and I hope you are sleeping better and getting used to your new tablets I hope you have a great day.

Not much to report here, just making the most of the weather as you rightly say frog, thundery bits on the way ⚡️ having said that it doesn't look too awful & for too long, hopefully. Sorry you couldn't get on with your grass, have you had another go now? Did a bit of weeding yesterday not sure how much more can be fitted in. At least it's quieter out the front today - it's not just those people with the home improvement fixation, it's all of 'em 🤪 2 or 3 are up for sale or changing hands imminently in spitting distance so then the new set will be at it as well, what fun. Talking of fun, Elfie said rather evasively you 'had to be there' to get the joke 🤨 hmm. I suspect it was at humans' expense and only suitable for cats & elves 😉. He is doing well on the jigsaw, you might not get a look-in until his Daddy is back and he has other distractions. Btw he helped me no end with my financial muddles, saving me lots of time in the process, I made sure he got the going rate 😉. £29 for a fitbit strap? is it by jiminy 😮 gosh. Among my accounts I wondered for a minute what on earth £11.45 for some 'toner' was, it not being like me to lash out that much on skincare, til I remembered it was printer toner 😂. Glad to hear some of the Church flowers are coming out nicely 😊👍️ have attached some pics in a small 'colour supplement' 😄 nothing very exciting. Hope all well with family and Paul's train will run on time etc. 😘 xx

Hi Stuart, I was having tea just before you, I should have left you a flask and then Jojo after us both. I do fill a flask occasionally actually, I used not to because of cleaning out etc but then thought I may as well just take some hot water and brew up from that, saves kettle boiling 👍️. Keep up the resting and ice-ing and fingers crossed for your jab doing a good job 🤞 xx

Few little allium 'Moly' and a nice little pot of salvia 'Electro Blue' (I think)
Just a couple of "Fox and Cubs", you might remember one of my roadside finds frog, just to show they survived; one little specimen is three good plants now 😀 will find them a proper spot in the garden. That's my not-too-happy Hosta, it's in good shade and I do attend to it & water it &c, not sure if it's looking a fraction better since I mentioned it first - maybe fear of overwatering I underdid it 🤔? But I will have watered it in the same way as last year and it was ok then. Feeding could be an issue too as it's in a pot, will keep an eye.

Anda - so they have a nice view whilst they are eating. Where would you be, at the top with a nice view or at the bottom in the valley with nothing to see.Sucré - I wouldn’t want to be anywhere on the hill.

Hi toady yeah I've had a farely quiet day yeah I sat with the dogs well I sat with one dog the other dog sat away from me and I guess the cat was chilling out in his room trying to keep cool with all his fur anyway I hope you have had a great day and I hope you sleep well tonight.

Yes hot for cats & dogs JoJo, not sitting on lap weather so much is it, they know where they want to be. At least it saves on being pinned down in one place getting stiff 😬.

Morning Jojo very wise to have a bit of a duvet day ion your day off. You are learning and it isn't something we do overnight. It's trial and error (ask Skinny Keef) just how much we can go on any day. I think your colleagues wouldn't want you suffering so sometimes you have to step away at the end of your shift and rest up.

Ah well eating grass. I do get what your boy says although when we were little myself and my sister ate quite a lot of grass in an attempt to 'wee' milk😂 It didn't taste great to be fair. Sucré has a definite point there bless him. Aren't they just great kids?

Hurrying up today as I have to give someone a lift as well as feed Tia's cats and ideally I need to wash my hair and it's the V*E*T too today shhhh! Not a word. I finally got the lug out of her fur in time so the V*E*T won't think I don't love her.
