Exactly right about your bike just enjoy riding small pleasures can lift our spirits I think. I have been feeding one of the daughters' cats this week and it's been a lot too much really, but going in the Fig - well that makes it so much better😊 Good on you cleaning the bike (s) on a Friday still (if and only if you are up to it) nothing like a bit of sparkly chrome to make you smile.

It was sooooo hot yesterday so very very hot I put on the little aircon in the bedroom before bed it helps, but you can't sleep with the noise. The one in the motorhome is better I want to sleep in there!!!

Please do overfeed Sleek I want this weight loss to cease! I am stuck if she was a dog sure it would be easier! Maybe not. I hope they both behaved even if they did not play drinking games😯 I agree with you they both like this game where you speak with a mouthguard in.

Cat feeding ends this evening Paul is picking them up from the airport tonight!!!!! Then next week they help Kari with our Sleek when we go to France. Fair's fair! I have a rota.

Morning all 👋

Got back to sleep in the end (not my fault I'm first on page, blame whoever made a noise 🙄) and there was not as much rain as they said so that's good.

Thank you for the breakfast frog 👍️ saved me a trip to the kitchen and I made tea from the upstairs kettle, that all worked well 🤭. Still hobbling and coming out in some good bruises but swelling going down I reckon so should be on the downhill. Glad it's your last cat feeding stint that's one less thing 👍️ and A**a sounded great it's lovely that you meet nice people it must be heartening 😊. I hope Elfie is now satisfied with his packing, it's hard to be a perfectionist, some elves must just chuck their stuff in any old how 😮. I didn't think about the Christmas connotation with lofts yes good point Elfie, wanting to be quite clear that it's not where he belongs out of season - ironically there is not a single xmas decoration in mine no tree no nothing, so no wonder he felt quite happy up there. I hope between you you get your packing done nicely too and you have thought of everything you might need in good time - batteries gadgets spare stuff 🤞. There will be not much doing with me today I will be finishing some online shopping &c, I still made it into the garden yesterday so will get out for some air, but will be good nothing ambitious 👍️. Morning Joan, I am still having to walk carefully and have some lovely bruises now, but it's not painful as such; it's more over the top of the foot & the tendons than the ankle and is less swollen today so I reckon it will heal quickly from here. I don't really know what I did just made an awkward movement I suppose, I didn't trip on anything, I can't recreate it now from memory I would need an action replay 🤭. Glad Brenda is on her last trip, it sounds like you have a half-decent bus service 👍️ ours used to be so so good, I took it for granted til there was cut after cut, now it seems impossible to think they were running every few minutes almost 😮. Have a good day I won't be doing much I was very lucky not to do this when I had appts to go to etc. Hope you are feeling not too bad today yourself 😘 xx

Hi bosh 👋 BR is mixing up some very athletic dance moves there, I don't think I should attempt those at the moment do you 😄. Hope you had an ok night yourself and your day is alright with few or very small sized parental tantrums 🤞 will be in later I expect as I am bound to be poking about online today while elevating the ankle - ironic after I grumble so much about the overuse of the word thanks to the AI getting a hold of it (elevate your style, elevate your morning or your nosegay listings, blah blah) and now I'm having to employ it myself 😱. Another quick modern-life grumble, I noticed a category in miceland groceries called 'Picky Bits' for snacks etc, gosh what a graceless term, JA really would be appalled 😣. Sorry about the lost bean SK 😔 these things are very sad, like Toni says it's the inbuilt ups & downs of growing stuff but always just as disappointing, I'm always having 'that's it I hate gardening I'm not playing any more' moments 🥀☹️🐌.
