just going to sit with tea and watch the birds in the garden looks like might rain here better take coat to work just incase . how everyone doing who cleaned up thanks was looking bit messy and birds were trying to get in for some reason kept crashing in to conservitory roof could it have been all that bird seed about poor things

did some one water flowers or should we wait and see if it rains val

crawlled in for a coffee then off for a hot bath, i agony after dragging myself off to a medal parade today, couldnt let me nephew down but ended up having do do lots of walking and standing so ouch.

i hope everyone else is coping ok, this rain dont help the bones at all.

I'll just have a hot drink, no butty for me thanks. Hey, my Tony went out for the first time in the car, he said it was ok for falling out of the car, but real problems falling in, there you go, he just cant flex at the moment.
Dont think he'll be doing that again soon.

My day today, well it depends on if you have been following my Skegness thread... If you have then you will know I have had a day filled with ganstas and death squads, if you haven't.......... Then I have had a pretty un-eventful day stuck in bed with Arthur (ooo-er missus) Lol

Hi Tony

My Tony will take about 3 months to 1 year, but it's not a cure, just hopefully to add quality to his life for longer, and to reduce the meds his on, he takes oxycontin and that kind of stuff which have very bad side effects. They will start to reduce the meds in maybe 3 to 6 months depending on how he goes. He is a real fighter.
