Yep, grey start outside here too but we have the promise of a nice warm day, probably one big April fools joke on the part of the weather folks, lol.....

If it is going to be nice I hope my knees stop hurting, I'd love to be out in the warm sunshine.... Have missed it terribly, haha...

Just realised, I'd better get a move on, have to see the doctor, only have one pain patch left and that goes on in the morning. No chance of getting an appointment so it means first come, first served at the bloody walk in thingy.. :roll:

It is very windy down here and feels rather cold. Tony, hope you don't have to wait for to long for your patches, and Rich, meow meow, thought you'd understand if I spoke in feline language, meow.

I'll have a nice cup of my usual and nothing else for me. Hope you all had a good sleep last night.

tony cant you phone up and get receptionist to sort some new patches or get your doc to phone you and sort it mine does bless her hse good at things like that do not trouble her often but in an emergency it helps val

Got my prescription, doc has increased the patches for the breakthrough pain... Got some diazepam to help me on the coach journey to Ireland a week on Sunday too.. I think I'll go to sleep when I get on the coach and wake up in the hotel, lol....

Now sat outside the chemist waiting for it to open, may as well get them while I'm out.
Time for a quick pint pot please......

Hi Val, just seen your post hun. My docs are useless. I keep saying I'm going to change but something always crops up.. Will get round to it very soon.

They can't let me have them without her being here obviously..
She shouldn't be more than fifteen minutes, doesn't seem long, but when you're in pain :roll:

So, have taken a seat in boots, actually I'm wearing trainers, lol..

It was either that or walk around moggisons.... Really cannot be bothered doing that, haha....

Well it is obviously going to be one of those days....
She turned up but when she gave me the meds the dosage on the patches hadn't been increased :roll: The GP had forgotten to do it. What was I saying about useless.....
So the chemist has rung the surgery but the GP was in with a patient so it's another wait while she rings back....

Tum ti tum ti tum ti tum.......

Chemist has just asked me if I can just pop back round... All well and good if she can go lay across the disabled bay I managed to get in out here, and save it for me, then I'd have to be lucky to get somewhere to park at the GP's as it will be heaving now...

then Im off to pain clinic..who keep trying to put me on morphine...I think its the only thing they can afford :roll:

Hi folks, thanks for the link Del, I am listening to it now as it it wouldn't play on the phone for some reason... As you can guess I am at home.. I gave it up as a bad job, told them I would just have to come back later when they have sorted it out, was in too much pain to mess about....

I have no idea how I manage to stay calm either lol....

I did do something daft though............... :oops: :oops:
I took my mood out on the box that has been sat in the spare room for a while now, taunting me with it's contents..... Calling to me...

So folks, I now feel like I have been hit by a freight train but at least we have a set of shelves complete with full length mirror for Janet to admire her splendour in...................................
