Hope arthur is letting you alone as much as is possible. Had a fair day, back and knee shouting now, but have pottered about, enjoyed the sunshine and admiring the garden and all the hard work OH has done.

I haven't read back, I know it is law not to, or you end up in more of a muddle than ever.

Glad you feed the birds as well Tony. I'll just have my usual cuppa as dieting at the moment, maybe I should try some of the bird seed lol.

and me is at CAB , and have been for 2 years now tony ..on and off (as they are very forgiving about me having to have time off ..and tis 100yrds from where i live .. which is handy)

That is the website that we get the smilies from, you click on the one that you want to use, it should bring up the unique 'code' for the image near the bottom somewhere, I think it highlights it in blue.. You can then copy/paste it into your message on here..
