    aww Cath you could have tidied away a bit ..there are sugar puffs allover the floor and stuck to my feet :O
    . ok baby belling switched on ... coffee machine set to full .
    Bird seed ready for the peckers , and bacon all ready to be grilled , and Barm cakes being gently warmed ... Cows milked for those who have cereal... just off fishing for the haddock to put in the smoker for the kedgeree or to go on toast...
    Oven turned on to prepare for the cooking of biscuits and cup cakes later for elevenses :)

    Don't tell the DWP i did all that ;)

    Morning Rich, Dell and everyone else popping in

    Sorry about the sugar puffs - didn't see them was very tired but couldn't sleep. even the hot choc didn't help!
    Well I have washing on the line - how long it will stay there is questionable because its quite dull here this morning.
    Right will have some weetabix with banana and strawberries I think and a nice cup of tea to set me up for the day.

    kedgeree smells rather nice.....what ARE theses things under my feet? sticky they are...are they cheerios?...no....sugar puffs??!!

    Hi all,

    It's been a lovelly day here today, sun shining, lovelly. Hope you all have much the same where you are and that you are feeling reasonably ok.

    Just done the weekly shop, I think I have just died with the pain, certainly feels like it. Therefore I would love a nice, ice cold water please.

    Here you go Karen a nice cold water with some ice cubes, put your feet up and rest now, get someone else to put the shopping away for you

    hi all had one of those mornings went to fill water boiler up dropped lid off water filter in lol took 5 min to get it out with wooden spoon ans carving knife. then emptyed it (lid had melted thought it might have tainted water) saw plastic in water had emptyed out told boss he came lifted boiler up to look at and top came off in his hand (it suposed to be held on with screws) so need large drink please i not touching a boiler or water filter again lol
    ps glad have got arther in my hands as used tea towel to tip boiler to empty last out or i would have broken that as well :roll:

    thanks cath went to bank for them yesterday and silly woman never stamped book so they had to get one of the blokes to pop me back up (it was 4.45 and bank shuts at 5) then they had to go all through there slips to find right one even though it had only been 15 min and woman remembered me silly woman . had one of those years val

    just popped in to say hi, a hot chocolate is first on my list then the meds trolley, ive done way to much the past few days and am paying for it. another couple of days and then i maybe able to put my feet up

    son is home, goes back to camp tomorrow so been trying to help him sort all his stuff he dumped here (he has just moved camp) and pack ready to take back tommorow also had to do shopping then help daughter with her arts project, a few sleepless nights on top and im done in now. will have to clean house once ive helped load his car then im looking forward to putting my feet up/

    i hope you are ok, hows work going?

    Wow you have been busy and I bet you worry like mad when he goes back!
    Work is fine I am doing 3 days Mon & Fri 3-10 and Sun 7-2, it is much better for me - before I was doing 12-14hrs every day and I was a complete wreck both physically and emotionally. Financially I have taken a big drop but my health has to come first.

    Hi coco, cath and everyone else who is in the cafe. Hugs to one and all and hope that arthur is not biting too much.

    A day of detachment for me, brain not working with body, fybro fog I assume, but very unpleasant. I will sit in a lump in the corner, with a cup of T.

    I am a tad drowsy again.. Got my new pain patches from the chemist this morning after yesterday's debarcle... Double the dose, 50mcg/hr, the 25's had me sleeping well so I will see you all in October when I wake up, lol.........

    Had a great evening at our friends place. Watched Avatar in Blueray 3D, absolutely fantastic..

    Oh, you will be like sleeping beauty ! Keep hearing about 3D, sounds good, but has been making people feel queasy.

    Thanks for the kind words, I am sure I will attach my brain to my body in a day or so, damned arthur and all other ailments, am a liability at the moment, wandering around not knowing quite what I should be doing. Bless eh.

    You too love, take lots of care and rest well. I did sleep last night, we had a huge thunderstorm and I was totally oblivious, while OH was up and about watching the fireworks.
