It is warmer, never did like that tunnel, gave me the willies. Moving on.
Appointments went ok Rose, keep on the inhalers, cardiologist is like going to see an old friend, after nearly 18 years of looking after me, things are much the same, no better, keeping an even keel, keep taking the 42 pills a day  Observed that my arthur was worse as I floundered on the examination couch and crunched my way round trying to get up.
Need a cup of Tetley, will sit by the fire, see id del has found the meaning of life.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Aii, only 42, well, 45 if I take the option to raise the dose of pregabs. I rattle and crunch at the same time. Yes, it is good to have such a great consultant, I am his veteran, I was only 34 when I had my first heart attack. A long time back now.
Del has gone quiet, I think there is deep contemplation.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

We can indeed. You take care and rest well. I will leave the trolley out, all stocked up. Del is asleep, as is Cuddles.
Everyone rest well and keep warm. XX BubblesXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
Evening All,
I see Del is still pondering ... look at all these cups he has left!

I know, the brass neck of it. Well, we are not loading the dishwasher, in fact, I might throw a few plates, always makes me feel better. Mind your heads folks, Matron is about to launch two plates, from Rose and I.
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, mmm, they are on the menu at our fav tea room, where we will be off to today.
The trolley is out, stocked to the rafters. Milk is on low, T is always ready, of varying qualities, Tetley coming out on top.
That asteroid, is many millions of miles away, hope it doesn't cloud your meaning of life Del.
Leaving hugs, everyone take lots of care, XXX BubblesXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Still pondering.
Supping a PG afore venturing out.
The usual fare is warming in the oven.
Shucks -
Still pondering - mind you, best to take time over such an important matter.
I will have a root in the oven, see if I can force feed a bacon sandwich down. I know, Bubbles, here, in the daytime, almost unheard of. Waiting to go out for lunch, but also waiting for delivery company to collect a parcel from us, like waiting for Christmas on Boxing Day. Every car/van, I am peering out of the window. come on, Bubbles needs her lunch. Hope everyone is as ok possible. xxx to allXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Oh a cuppa would be lovely, but I will have to rush the maltesers back into the fridge. Hope everyone is ok tonight. I will sit by the fire which is going great guns now, thanks Rose. Cuddles has brought in a mouse, would someone do the honours, I don't fancy using my grabber to dispose of it :shock:XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
I'll get shut of the mouse Matron
On my way to bed, thought I would pop in and say hello.
Hope everyone is ok?

thought I had best re light the fire, it is chilly in the howling winds and people will want a warm place to sip their cocoa. Cuddles was most miffed that the embers were barely aglow.
The trolley is well stocked, hugs, fluffy blankets, bottles of feel better medicine, the works.
hope everyone is as ok as possible. I will take a cuppa and sit by the fire a while.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
