    Thank you Barbara. The hot chocolate certainly done the trick. I went to bed at 10pm, fell asleep straight away and didn't wake up till 8.15am. I was 3/4 hour late for work. Oops! Think I'll have another one tonight. Hope you all enjoyed your takeaways.

    Cant believe the sun is shinning again...my prayers have been answered.... :D we just desperately need to get the garden tidy now... :o I used to be the gardener...

    I been up the hossie with the youngest she has a cyst inside her lower eyelid...they are going to do a wee op.

    Oooooh Toni. That sounds very painful. Hope it gets sorted quickly.

    Just popped in for another hot chocolate. It worked a treat the other night. Would anyone else like one?

    The sun is shinning here...but sooo cold...my GD 7 months old goes to hospital today ...she has had breathing probs since she was born ...we hope today she get the all clear
    Right the kettle is on...and the heating ..I will be sat in the window having a long ponder ...just give me a prod if you need me... :) see you later...xxx

    Morning all we are going out for lunch it's a treat by my sister and her husband that we had to delay from my birthday last sept due to various reasons by both of us,we don't know where we are going so will be a surprise.So this evening it will be a sandwich ,anyone suggest something different instead of the usual ham or cheese ? Mig

    Mig... how nice bet you are really looking forward... wonder what it will be.... :D sandwich fillings....my favorite has to be egg and bacon...warm or cold...or with added lettuce and tomato cold of course...x

    Morning all, hope everyone is okish.

    Toni, you're poor little girl. I cant stand anyone near my eyes, so can well understand how she must be feeling. Do you know when the op will be.

    Mig, hope you have a wonderful time. I love surprises.

    And Barbara, I do hope everything goes ok today with you're littliest gd. I shall keep my fingers crossed that they get the all clear from the hossy. Let us know how it goes wont you.

    We have had Tony's parents down, and this morning he took them to the airport. They have gone off to Malta for a month. They wouldn't take though :(

    I shall have a cuppa and see you later.

    Hi Toni

    I had a cyst under my eyelid and had to get it cut out. Luckily I qualified for Bupa at the time so didn't have long to wait. The op was painless.

    Just got some fish for my fish tank...and they have buggered off behind the paper that you put on the back...then I remember the last time I had a fish tank I put the paper on the outside :oops:

    Afternoon all,got back from lunch and had to have a snooze.
    Had Leek,potato and cheese soup with crusty bread
    Pan fried sea bass with sauté potatoes and tomato salsa
    Apple and blackberry roly poly with vanilla custard.

    Barbara, that is good news about you're youngest, I am really pleased for you all. I have heard from them and the apartment is lovely. It's reasonable warm out there,so they should have a good time. Boy, am I jealous.

    Potato leek and cheese...will have to ask Mig what the cheese was....got 2 GDs here tonight so will have to be up early to get them to school ....so a hot choc for me and anyone else that wants one...then off to bed...see you tomorrow night xxxx
