    Hi Cris

OMG sorry to see the mouse has opened a box there flower. We kinda know about them boxes eh!

Sorry the cold is still clinging on again! and that you are feeling so wished. Can't believe it is foal season again so soon, but you can count on us for sitting up duties when needed.

Sending strength for the chores and the sawing and hoping Wish is soon back to health and ready for more spin the sheep, though you really could do without it just now.
    Hang in there.
Leaving some strength and several cuppas and hoping you aren't getting blown away there. So windy here today.

    love and hugs ((( )))

Hi cris ~ this wind is really strong today ~ been down N with the oH & dogs where its really windy :!:

you are really suffering with the nausa and sickness ~ have you tried eating ginger biscuits :?: when i was on metx i did find this helped. i have had a bad week of fatigue ~ 3 days which i never have had before  will keep a record of it and tell Dr H ~ not sure what he will do. is there anything else other than gabapentin or preg :?: the preg has made a difference but i am not happy about puttin on weight ~ my knee is not good and i have to use a walking stick. will see what happens.

anyway ~ hugs and love to you ~ hope the sun is out over there ~ tis here

take care and please try to rest :!: :!:

    Hi Chris,

Oh flower the strength much appreciated... woke more tired than I went to bed again today....

Hope wonkers was ok and you haven't been dusting fire extinguishers  That's really bad but it was quiet everywhere I think.....

Leaving you a tn of hopes ((((( )))))'s and love Cris xxx

    Hi Louise,

Oh flower good idea to keep a diary for doc H. I don't know what he will do but do know the rumo nurse said he will fight tooth and nail to get funding for his patients etc so hang in there he is one of the good guys.

I know I kick at the palliative thing but deep down I know he is right.... my body's had it but I haven't so we go to war again.....:lol:

Hey least its not raining... yet..... this wind is a bit harsh though so will get some bellow work done later I think

I so hope things are getting a bit easier for you there? I often think about you if that helps?

I don't know if the pregabs are responsible for my weight gain now you say..... I think its comfort eating in my case and lack of exertion.. I just plod everything now a days.....

I forgive the pregabs everything to be honest They are the only thing that has ever got my neck and spine to a manageable level and when I first went on them ( I think it was almost 3 years ago) I really got a hole chunk of my life back. At that point in time I was about to give up cus it just hurt beyond the quality of life thing.....

So..... I do forgive them do much.

Louise when you see Doc H ask to be referred to the pain clinic and if possible Doc Weiss. She might be able to help you and is very good and does understand pain so much!

I get on well with her now but I do see her every 4 months  Bless her she has done so much for mew and she might well be able to help you.

Its good isn't it that inside the rubbish that is T they have one or two really good docs! Like Doc H you can talk to her and she see's you as a complete human being. Might be worth you seeing her or one of her colleagues. Just I can so recommend her.

I don't know as I am allowed to name her but she does deserve a bit of recognition cus she has done so much for me! She might be able to help you?

Leaving you a hole chunk of understanding, good vibes and hopes to keep you going. I really do hope things have got a bit easier for you Maid. Love and a ((((( ))))) xx

Looked at Flower just now... that foal is huge and wont be long  She has picked up and put on so much weight since she arrived and the foal does most of its growing in the last 3 months and ne and a bit of that time has been on really good grass so she has got all the nutrients she needed.

Tis going to be hard thug, Louise that fatigue thing.. I have most days now I think. Do half an hour than am so shattered I fall asleep for a min.....

Life ain't always what you need it to be eh?!

Oh some good news though.... I realized this morning I have not had the temporary paralyzation thing for a while, either the botox or the new bed has helped no end  Now if I could just get this stiffness to wear off  You just can';t have everything

leaving a skip load of hugs for tou all and hopes as well. Hope you all have a decent day. xx

    Hi cris

 sorry i am laughing at your mouse  I would have freaked out too if I had seen one.....don't like uninvited guests.

But if you think about it.....it knows you are a lovely person who looks after animals and probably also wanted to lodge with you. Can't blame it.:|

I think you need to have a word with your cats

Right I am ready to dig some posts.....2 did you say?
Will also do some night foal watch duty.....How exciting but tiring is that going to be.

Tis a bit windy cris and mi hard hat keeps slipping but the hole i am digging is almost done.

Hope your ok and do you ant to borrow my security body warmer for your appointment? Its got a ton and a half of pockets in it.... 9(((( ))))) and love xx

    Hi Julie,

Bless you for the holes... We are off to get some nails for the roof in a min and once that's on it really is the easy bit......

Going to-make 3 windows cus Bre loves windows and where they are is quite bleak as well (its the only place I have ever been on a par or worse than here  ) perspex works on that so will on this... that way when it's hot they have through air and when its cols its all battered down but they have light.

I got a new saw last night  You any good with a spirit level.... I proved I am not :lol: Soon as its fully framed I have to decide where the door is going.....

Oh The mouse has freaked me..... I can hardly go near the kitchen let alone the cupboards.... got imaginary ones all over the place as well..... Well i hope they are imaginary

Never thought it would be Haz who saved me though not with all these cats... truth is one of them may well have brought it in.....

Leaving you a bucket of staples and some 5" nails to knock in please  got a newish hammer......

Love and a bucket of ((((( ))))) xx

    Hi Barbara,

Oh do i need a decent spirit level person... I tell you I am better without one :lol: I know its not really brilliant but the posts were 4x4 and 8' long so you're taking serious shed building..... or as the vet says Wendy house building

Hope your ok and leaving you tea and a (((( )))) xx

I is late and i have more than a ton of payback to come tonight.... This afternoon I did something the lumber and neck hated and have been paying for it ever since. Wish fought back a bit with her metacam as well and I am basically stuffed tonight....

Kinda finding standing, walking and actually moving very bad tonight. Will go get the payback and hope its calmed down by the morn cus really I would like to get the last post actually in... its part there but sawing is so hard on the back, neck, shoulder and wrists.... i sound like a wimp eh?

Hope tomorrow brings a decent day for us all...... nothing wrong with a bit of hope eh?!

I hope the sheep appreciate this .......:lol:

Hello there Cris, sorry to see that you have been wondering round the halls in so much pain again. I hope the lumber has eased off a bit for you, thank goodness that you have the new bed as it does seem to help you.
I know you are desperate to get the shed finished and it will be great to have the girls nearby at last. But flower you must have a good rest when it is finished. With the foals coming any day and the dreaded appointment coming up you need to have some peace for a while. OK nag over.

Now our Sid is getting far too big for his spurs, got the pan simmering nicely lots of tasty veg...It just needs that something extra. Hey maybe he would like to meet the wondering peacock now if we are talking spurs!!!!

Hi Cris, hope today has been a better one for you? Weather was lovely here and it was a good day for me.

The good news is that I am gradually turning into something resembling a human being at last! 'Twill take a bit longer to complete the process, but I feel I am definitely on the up now.

You have got a hard time coming up now, what with the foals etc. Do hope you manage some rest now and then.

    Take care, maid.

Hi Berty, Chris, Julie, I, Joan, Sticky, Tilly, Annie and All,

I did an answer just now and it went into hyper space so sorry it's not here... wonder where they all go?

I am all behind with the pm's and will sort that out but bare with me ... tis been a long day...

    But....

The roof will fit and have a bit of an overhang (which means it is slightly smaller to the one they have but only an inch or so... one end  Tis probably a little more the other end.....) and I am almost ready for eh easy bit... if you discount the doorway and the frame for that.....

My wrists have never been this swollen though... they still work and have doe that numbness thing the back does so well..... tell you pregabs are so good.....

I am bit too sore to post much but will be better once the tingling and pins and needles have eased off... you know it has become DO OR DIE!!:lol:

Lifted the only bit of corrugated up in a force 5, Mule rubbing on one post, Owns on the other, on the steps with vertigo...... see now that sentence in the capitals make sense......:lol:

I get the pot boiling... he will bring some veg! Turnip and carrots (thats the orange turnip by the way we don't eat the white ones  ) and he has his 3 strike rule about to come into to play..... hideous thing!

Annie I tried the human thing..... its not always what its cracked up to be  really glad your feeling a bit better though and leaving you a nice to see you and a ((((( ))))) and a foal round the week end.... possibly....

Julie you got that hammer ready cus the wind makes it a bit hard with the roofing...... we better get the ends cut off those poles as well so busy day for us tomorrow......

Joan so near ready to just clout on the planks  except for said doorway etc  Hope you and Sue are ok?

Chris energy needed and much appreciated...... I have never felt so drained, tired, achy and numb but this shed is shaping up really...... Fudge steal from your pockets and some cream i exchange? Hope you got a good duvet day?

Sticky good to see you back and don't just sit there get a hammer..... please somebody just get a hammer....:lol:

Berty you ok for the roof nails tomorrow? I find the hammering is so hard on the wrist... like the lifting on the back and shoulders and do I still have a neck  Hope that knee is starting to behave a bit better?

Tilly I am so in need of a sit with the deer and the tea.... Hope your ok and leaving you a special pick up draft, tea and the deer has a lovely collar on now as well.. we don't want him gong off to someone else does us?

Right I promise I will catch up on the m front but for now i have to get some rest up cus today it really has become do or die.... Slurpy is running the book but not giving too good odds on the die bit :lol: back the DO and you might get a good return at around 30/1.......She has no faith.....

You all take care and I promise I will catch up on pm's xxx

    Morning Berty,

Its not in writing this midline but I do have 2 extension numbers  Thy do them under ultrasound now...... Be easier for the staff next drip but not easier for me cus the full unwatered down, untissued drug I used to find particularly evil

Right come on them you got the tablets and I got the nails and steps... and lodgers all trying to get inside the frame just now..... Oh are they in for a shock... literally as electric fences are in reserve

Hope Ned is being kind? (((( )))) and a cuppa xx
