    Hi Cris,

So sorry not to have been very supportive over the loss of Teg. I'm very sad this has happened as I remember so clearly when he was born and you were trying to find a name for him. He will always be beautiful.

    Lots of love,
    Love, Legs x

hi Elan, DD, Joan, Hileena, Sticky, Julie, Legs, Elizabeth and Tracy,

did this long post and it disappeared.... totally into cyberspace and now i am fighting armcharing but don't want anyone to think i am not grateful.

just feeling rough, tired and this neck.... another night in the arm chair will finish whats left off it off i think..... i stupidly did from about 9pm to 5 am in it and zonked big cus by the time the paralysis thing had woken me it wasn't so easy to break it for sure....

i didn't tell you at the time but the neck and shoulder are bad us i picked Teg up several times..... or helped get him to get up is nearer the truth cus he was a good 400 lbs an i don;t eat weetabix.

i sure your not supposed to let them roll with colic and he was really tying to do that. i had to wait ages for the owner to be found and he kept going down so i kept heaving him back up...

here is the payback and its getting a bit worrying cus 5 days on its as bad......min its probably a bit better cus got pins and needles again so thats a step forward.

    maybe tomorrow will be better......

hope the sheep nuts experiment is doing ok? will be better tomorrow and so wish that pot hadn't disappeared..... sorry nit sure what happened to it. love, thanks and hugs Cris xxx

I read that he rolled on the bank and got cast...its amazing what you can do when you have to?

I absolutely agree. You find a super human strength. I remember my son climbed onto the kitchen roof and I had to haul him in from the window. I didn't stop to think about the pain as I was more concerned about stopping him from falling, and I don't expect you stopped to think either. Needs must Cris.

She is Superwoman, Traluvie. Doesn't have to try.

Skezier, the sheep nuts are delicious. Can we have a bit of grass to go with them. I think Joan & I are growing woolly jumpers up here.

Now seriously you need to be a little kinder to yourself! Get some proper rest and keep those bones warm and supported. Nice cuppa and a slice of coffee cake

    Hi Sticky and Joan,
When you have grown your woolly jumpers will you grow me one please its getting rather chilly  I'll get you something scrummy to go with the nuts

hi Hileena, Julie, DD, Elizabeth, Tracy, Sticky, Linda, Rose and Joan,

    long day but....

the right side is a bit improved  even the3 elbow and arm isn't as bad.....

mind the left we don't talk about or the swelling at the base of my neck with a fire blazing in it.....

the other good thing is the lumber isn't catching my breath now so there is a huge improvement in that bit as well  its still not back to its normally annoying self but a lot better than it was two days ago.

see bit of good news for a change

well maybe just a bit of straw clutching...but it will do for me

Hileena yep i got it and have taken 2 now... they meant to work fast but we hall see. got a doctors phone appointment tomorrow... they insist and must remember to ask about the mtx which has disappeared off my repeats and also the oxynorm cus the moth trial is up and i ant to keep them,! r=the pain doc is writing to say i should so it should be ok....

tea in the mug  xx

Julie he was difficult to get up or sure..... its settling down a bit on one side at last so thats a goo d thing eh?

the neck is shot and didn't like either the lifting or the armchairing bit.... i should never have done that and the swelling and heat bit.... its normally there just net to this degree and its what it does when its dummy spitting.

hey will be thinking of you and in you pocket xx

DD i only did what we all would do faced with that one.... i just wish the owner could have been got hold of. it wouldn't have made a difference to teggy but it would have me maybe... though i felt a crunch on the first lift up and the rest didn't hurt as much....

you forget pain till after you have done it. shame you can;t utilise the switch off switch that well eh. be brilliant if you could do. hope your ok and leaving a cuppa xx

Elizabeth that was the one that really did hurt me cus he was so badly jammed..... don;t know how he had got so badly cast i really don;t/ i only came back in to get a coat cus it was raining so badly and in the time it took me he managed to do that.

i so agree with you you just don't feel or think of the pain side and all you want to do is make them safe eh?

hope you and the family are all ok? xx

Tracy oh flower the gp is not bothered... they say there is nothing more they can do for my neck except supportive stuff.... i just had a whole whack of that but have done a bit of set back thats all

it seriously hurts though  pins and needles are everywhere as well but it will ease up cus i am taking it very easy cus i am feeling half dead. must do the chicken house tomorrow though. hope your ok? xx

Sticky well you had better make sure yourself shear  i wondered if you were being sick earlier or just trying to ruminate ......sorry rally bring the ton down

cus its you and Joan Wish has left you a slightly nibbled double choc cookie and the escape hatch is open cus its raining some..... he has the suit on xx

Linda its going to settle flower just its taking so long and keeping me awake cus the lumber doesn't like any other position than on the left side and the neck doesn't like that just now..... it usually settles... they tell me one day it wont  i kinda think i am going down fighting

hope things are good for you just now and would you like one of her ladyships custard creams? xx

Rose what i would give for super woman's strength and speed

oh being kind to my sefl... kinda got this built in inability to do that.....

tea and a bonio or marrow bone for my mate and you can have either a custard cram or some sheep nuts as well? xx

Joan going to get you oft the roof tonight and into the sheep shed cus of the rain...... hey you up for chicken shed clean out duties? been putting it off but its got to be done....tea ad a hope you and Sue are ok? xx

right i shall try to sleep tonight.. the replays of that which i can't change are easing up a bit so thats a start and as long as i don't think about it all..... will get there.

    you all take care xxx

    hi Hileena,

thanks flower, got 4 hours kip and now a days thats a bit of a record. pain doesn't lead to a good night's sleep does it?

might get morning duties done, go get some corn (oh thats a bag lifting thing ....) and see if i could have a couple more hours. the lying down for too long hurts as well.

    getting easier though.

ta for the tea and have refilled the cup... i did wash it out its ok  hugs and thanks Cris xx

Hello skezier, I am glad to read that you had a few hours sleep last night, as that tiresome advert says: Every little helps. We appear to have a bright day here after some overnight rain, so I hope you have some sun too - that always helps. Good luck with the corn (would someone help? Mind you, would you ask them? ) and I hope you can snatch some further resting times during the day. Take care, DD
