Hi All,

Armed with the sheep munching through the hamper with Val yelling and Joan trying to help stop them... With Wonky and the cattle prod and a million feet poised ready to kick me.....

I did talk to him.....

H asked me how I was.... bursting into tears seemed the best answer I could give

Recovering composure with you all helping i told him this isn't exactly life.... I feel dead, my legs are so heavy, 90% of me seems to be swollen and hurting, the lumber has gone AWOL again, the neck is hell bent on semi parlaization and the wrists and arms are horrendous.....

He examined the feet all discolored and odd.... he agreed the tablets ain't doing it but didn't want to put me through that horrible BS for no reason....

He looked at the knees but he doesn't know it they are pa, oa or both but clearly arthritic... as are the hips, the spine is shot and then i forgot to mention the ribs.....

The arms are a combination of the pa and tendinitis.... its the tendinitis thats making the swelling and tenderness down the bones and he has at last agreed to send me to OT

Wrist splints and elbow clips might help and well I have the borrowed splints and one is really comfy... the other was till all this swelling came along....

These ones will be made to measure and well being here they might be just be made form matchsticks and sticky back plastic but they will be mine :lol:

The T rang this morning....

At long last eh pain clinch can fit me in for 2 facets and a ton of botox as well as medrone and triggers ....

tomorrow morning so please help again cus I some bad at going and if they sedate me again please someone cover my mouth so I don;t burble the same kind o garbage as I did last time

We were talking about sheep..... I can get a little carried away about what they think..... i do know them well though and might just be right.....

So someone bring the gag!

Its good they have given me little notice......I get worried about these cus out of all the bits that hurt the back and neck are both well able to take me out and reduce me to a useless imbecile who has to crawl to do an electric fence.... thats a bad day for sure and this lot of jabs can only help.....

I have to say this feels endless and without you lot I would just chick in the towel.... can't let you lot down now can I?!

Be a long morning though and linguistically it might be a bit hard..... too short notice to arrange much to help but what ever happens this will help cus I had the botox a few times and it can't argue with it .... so far....

Just want you all to know I do thank you so much! You have no idea how hard the days are getting with the endless cold the endless flare and knowing nobody it going to do more than they are doing to treat me... except small things like the drip   i never thought i would ask for that one back

Hope your all okish and leaving tea and ((((( ))))) and will remove the sheep val and try and repair your hampers....... Love and seriously thank you all. Cris xxx

Well I'm glad you got it off your chest and you talked to him. The tears would just make him see how distressed and in need of help you are.

I'll be with you tomorrow Cris with the rest of the calvary who I'm sure are on their way right now. I shall just be in a tiny corner of your pocket but I'll defo let my presence be known if you need it.

Thinking of you Cris. You will be ok, they are gonna look after you, you brave girl. Crying can work wonders sometimes with the medics. If it helps any I started a teeny weeny blub when told it would be in my best interests to have the neck op. Chin up, I am proud of you.

    Hugs

oh Cris. I almost missed this. My wonderful signal like my energy is waiving.. But I'll be up and ready to report for pocket duties as ever mi dear
It sounds silly to say but I'm so glad that you had the outburst.. It had obviously done the trick. Good luck with the blue peter splints.. Mine work wonders. Great support for the hands and wrists..

Thing is, between us, he's out on the lash with Silvio Burlisconi tonight so I'd politely refuse just in case

Hello. It's me, a very ashamed Daisy. I missed this, completely and utterly missed it and I am so sorry.

Being stoical is what gets us through the day. The determination to ignore stuff so we can get on with other stuff is necessary, laudable and completely commendable. It can, however, become such an entrenched habit that it turns into something that actually harms us when we find ourselves telling people that we are fine when we are not. For social contacts that social lie is passable, but for our doctors? No, no and thrice no. I am so pleased that you told him, warts and all, how things are and I hope that all the things he is now arranging for you will help.

Hugs, Bourbons and Custard Creams to the girls, barks, purrs and quacks to the rest of the Ark, a big hug and a two smidges of love for you. DD
