    think i bit excited and do not fly till 6am sunday morning but last few weeks have been bit on hard side so am ready for break will pop it in suitcase and fetch it back val

    What has made me happy oddly enough today is, having a blood test, if all is ok (gp phoning this afternoon with results) I can have my shoulder operation done on Wednesday, which will make me unbelievably happy :grin:

    A lovely, dry, sunny but crisp day. :grin: Phonecall from my bestest friend - will be meeting up for lunch next week :grin: Phone call from my daughter. :grin: Trimming the edges of the lawn. :grin: Seeing a couple of people I know when visiting the surgery this afternoon. :grin: Thinking about lovely homemade butternut squash soup and home made bread and cheese for my tea in a little while. :grin:

    Today has been good. :grin: I hope yours has been too.

    being able to take the missus to work this morning and pick her up afterwards, sure, in between I felt exhausted and in pain but it's a start.. Lol


    Oh, and being given a lovely new wall mountable electric fire for our living room from two dear friends.. Just waiting for the brother inlaw to put it up for us
