    :grin: Well yesterday, this was, making a cauldron of leek and tomato soup.

    Cupboards fit to burst as supermarket on line order arrived. :grin:

    It does not take much to make me happy. :lol:

    Back from Nina's party now and it was fantastic :!: :grin: Great food and drink, great company, and some amazing fireworks :grin: A good time was had by all :!: :grin:

    This will sound a little odd, but it made me happy so here goes, Going to put flowers on my daughters grave today, and finding my friends had got there before me, beautiful roses and freesias everywhere. I was so touched that they remembered, it made my day.

    Poppy, I'm so sorry that you have lost your daughter. I can't think of anything worse than losing a child. I'm sure that it must have given you comfort to see that your friends had remembered the day. My heart goes out to you.

    :grin: Son has sorted out my xmas card addresses onto labels that for some reason, this year, I was having great difficulty in lining them up on the label sheets.

    :grin: A huge cauldron of butternut squash soup cooling so that I can liquidise and freeze it.

    :grin: Leaves removed from the lawn and patio.
