Elna I cant help but be happy after reading your post..
Today I spent the morning at the garden centre...the sun was shinning the birds where singing away, and there were lots of Bumble Bees... :D:D

Aw Barbara, it has truly been such a warm, sunny day. It does make a difference. I cannot sit in the sun anymore like I used to do - it does not seem to agree with me, in my old age, but today's weather was, for me, perfect. I forgot the big glass of wine too, to end the day.

    Hi Waddle :)

I am easily pleased these days too, like you. I try to think of at least something positive every day. It really does help and it can be the simpliest of things too.

I thought you would be out and about yesterday Elna. Never a moment wasted in your life is there?

BTW John Lewis delivered a 7.45 just as I was going up to rest!

Today I plan to get the kids in the garden onto our trampoline and away from the laptops!

 Moments are wasted - everything takes so much longer these days but if I can, I do try to find a way.

 At least the delivery arrived!

I hope you can get the kids onto the trampoline. I wish I could use a trampoline. :) My hula hoop is safer for me these days.

Have a lovely weekend, Elizabeth. :D

I'm due to dye my hair Waddle. I'm tempted to go darker to save on all those highlight costs!

I met a wonderful boy with an enchanting smile. He was eight the day before I wasn't and he will be coming to see me for lessons. He has CP so the assumption by the education 'professionals' who have been dealing with him has been that he cannot possibly be dyslexic. Ye gods. I bet they also think the earth is flat.

The happiness bit? The smile, the engaging nature and the knowledge that I can help him. He starts on Tuesday and I cannot wait to begin working with him as it's going to be fun! DD

... mowing the lawn and hearing a little sunny voice saying hello gran and this beautiful little girl, full of life unexpectedly appearing from around the corner. :D

.... hearing her say she was going to see Peppa Pig and on asking if she knew where, she said no, nor did mummy or daddy but not to worry as we have a sat nav. She is three years old. :D

the past two days I've been able to potter about in the garden, not done much like but pain has been bearable.. Mainly due to the fact that the kellodrone(?) Steroid injection I had recently has kicked in...

HAPPY and Pure Bliss - I have just managed to have my first "proper" bath since the operation on my knees...!! Horrah - a shower simply doesn't do it for me.... :)

Glad I have tommorrow off work, think i'll be needing it to rest - as very very achey now, think the pain will be kicking in any time now....

    Think i'll sleep well....xx
