Hi folks..
I know how much our lovely Cris means to so many on here, myself included..

She's having a pretty horrid day today, it's not my place to post why, that's up to Cris if she decides to, BUT....
I wanted her to know just how much she means to us all..

    Hi All

    I have just had a chat to Cris and she has asked me to pass the following messages on:

    Firstly can she say a huge thank you to Tony for his support via texts and this thread :D .

    Secondly she asked me to explain what is wrong. Sadly Cris has had to have one of he dogs put down. His name was Ben and he was a lovely boy. He had both front legs fixed due to an accident before he came to her, he tended to overdo it and hurt himself.

    Recently things got worse and he became incontinent both ends - his back had 'gone'.

    Anyway upshot of it is that after much soul-searching (and a chat to the vet), Cris reluctantly decided today had to be the day :(

    She has started to dig the hole to bury him. She will be continuing to do that in between lamb-feeds this afternoon/evening.

    SO....we all need to n040.gif grab a shovel and help her folks.

    Thank you all for your kindness....she really didn't want you thinking she was ill (she isn't too well, but it's more emotional pain today).

    I am so sorry to hear you have lost your treasured companion, Ben.
    When you took him in he had the best time ever because you saw to that 100%. It is a very sad and painful day for you and you are in my thoughts. Bless you, dear Cris,
