    hi dd you are very active member in the forum and given me great help even tho i just got here recently.

    helping others can be a huge drain on your mental resources and you probably need some time out, to chill out & heal

    hope its not too bad and you are well again soon. if all else fails, cold damp cloths really do help the pain and maybe try that medicur machine cos i have convinced myself they are doing something.
