I rang the hospital last night for my instructions..I could have tea and toast before 6.30... I dont eat in a morning...but I got a cuppa down and half a slice of toast...my op is this afternoon....so I don't think I will be having visitors tonight....
I will now go and have a shower...and check I have everything then we will be off for 9.15....my tummy is rolling over here....but you lot have help so much....

Best wishes for a successful op Barbara. You will feel so much better afterwards. I had my THR Dec 2010 and it made a huge difference and the pain post op was so minimal that I didn't need any painkillers. Will be thinking of you.
