Hi all. Just wondering how many of u use ice packs and heat to deal with osteoarthritis pain? I find ice helps relieve my knee pain while a hot water bottle helps ease my back pain.

Just like you it varies!
My inflammatory arthritis likes cool and my OA joints like warmth.
I believe people use both for actual injuries🤔

I found heated wheat bags helped my hip. Too chicken to try the ice packs - I’m a heat seeker by nature. (Although I did use a sacrificial bag of frozen peas when I first came back from THR to help take down the swelling in my rump).
