I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my fingers, spine and lower back.

I also have fibromyalgia. I am awaiting to see the pain clinic. The rheumatologist gave me a depo steroid injection a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately did not help. I am keen to know what nutritional diet will help my conditions and exercise.
