New boy feeling low
Hi all, I’ve been living with knee problems for 10+ years, after playing a lot of sport (hence nickname, Forrest) I’m having regular ish cortisone injections in knees when pain is real bad. Leading up to injections I get quite low, lack of sleep, lack of motivation, lack of movement and constant pain, I was wondering how some of you cope ??
thanks
