Hi @INDY33
Welcome to the versus arthritis forum.
You are due to start taking Humira shortly and would like to hear from any forum members who can offer any advice as to what foods you should avoid taking with this medication.
Whilst this article doesn’t specifically answer your question, you may find it useful in other ways:
There are several previous discussions on the forum as regards Adalimumab which you may find it useful to read/join, you can do this by typing the word Humira or Adalimumab into the search bar. Here’s an example:
I hope you receive some useful feedback.
Best Wishes

Hi @INDY33
I'm on the adalimumab biosimilar Amgevita. I wasn't given any specific instruction on changing diet but I did read on an NHS website that you should avoid the following :-
Unpasteurised milk and dairy products, e.g. cheese made from unpasteurised milk.
Mould ripened soft cheeses (e.g. Brie and Camembert) and blue cheeses, feta and goats cheeses.
Raw eggs, or foods with this in, e.g. home-made mayonnaise.
Raw or undercooked meat and fish.
Cooked rice over 24 hours old and not stored in a fridge.
All types of pate.
This is an old post from here.
