Hi, Just been sent the link to join the Versus arthritis community and like to say hi 👋

had osteoarthritis most of my life however I don’t let it define me as a person in fact there is a positive to being disabled - people tell me Im better looking the older I get 😁

sadly Nicky the love of my life passed away 7 years ago she had RA and lupus, she was the most amazing person I’ve ever met,

I have two fluffy cats Archie and Harvey who keep me company, pre covid I was involved with versus arthritis group meeting which are slowly coming back.

A warm welcome to the Versus Arthritis online Community from me it's lovely to meet you. I can see from your post that you will have plenty to bring to the table and probably know your own condition well so I won't insult you with links about Osteoarthritis like we do with those new to Arthritis.

I also read that you were a 'group member' prior to COVID-19 I wondered whether you did exercises at your group? know many did if so would this maybe be of interest to you?
