You’d like to know more about Costochondritis so that you can provide support to someone with the condition.

I love your name!
Are you a carer or family/friend of someone with costochondritis I wonder🤨 Or is it yourself?
I have had bouts of this myself, but luckily only flares which have always subsided with the aid of anti-inflammatories and a warm wheatbag (the kind you microwave).
It can be very very scary if it's a sudden bout so lots of reassurance can help as is sympathy and kindness which you obviously have to be taking time to research it.
