I have Fibromyalgia with neck pain and arthritis in my hands.

The pain is minimal but I have chronic fatigue, dizziness and low mood

I have tried umpteen drugs and I have just started Amitriptyline 10 mg which helps sleep but nothing else. However it is early days

Any advice?

Nothing worse than feeling exhausted all the time (and in my opinion neck pain) other people do not understand the difference between being exhausted (temporarily) and chronic fatigue.

There are some tips here which might help:

What I will say confidently is that everyone here understands pain and will help all they can. Even just hearing back from someone else who understands is a huge support to me.

    Take care

    Hi

I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in my neck and spine so totally understand how you feel. I'm seeing a physio on my neck next week and am nervous as it may well spike a flare up, but I've got to try something. Heated pads are a godsend. I take Co-Drydomol which helps when its bad. I'm also on Duloxetine for nerve pain which takes the edge off. Happy to chat anytime.
