Personal Trainer
Hello
I am 32 and have tried numerous workout programmes since being diagnosed with Hip Osteoarthritis as as a result of CAM Impingement 4 years ago. Some exercises work well for me but I do struggle to manage flare ups
I was wondering if anyone here had had a positive experience with a personal trainer who just "gets it" so to speak?
I have a pretty could handle on things in terms of mobility as I regularly use hydrotherapy pools and sports massages, but it would be nice to combine it with a solid gym programme that is personalised to my needs and adapted over time
Thanks in advance
Dave

Hello @dave_wilding_1 I can't comment on the personal trainer route, but I have put a link in below to our exercise video - hope it might be of some help.
Best wishes
Peter
