Inflamed back/spine preventing walking
Hi all, I have Psoriatic arthritis which I have suffered with for 24 years, please could I have some advice. I am really struggling to walk more than a few steps at the moment. Every time I begin walking my back imflames in the middle of my spine and my hip hurts. Is there anything I can do or use that will help me walk without this constant discomfort? I am on Methotrexate injections and Rinvoq tablets but they don't touch my back at all. I have been in so much pain trying to sleep and I am feeling especially low due to lack of activity in my life. I feel that my arthritis is really progressing at the moment. My hands are changing and fatigue is getting really bad.

Sorry to hear your concerns @Nen150880
Due to the decline in your health have you contacted your doctor / consultant for support ??? Think I would be asking for medical help and support from the professionals.
Best wishes @Naomi33
