Hello
Hi everyone,
I'm 55 and after increasing back pain over the last year, I've recently been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis/osteoarthritis. Just trying to learn how to manage and cope with it as it's become increasingly debilitating. Sometimes standing or walking for just ten or fifteen minutes can cause incredible pain. Everything I'm reading basically says the same things though - lose weight, exercise, watch your diet, take OTC painkillers. So, that's what I'm doing, although still just starting out and trying to find my rhythm with it all. Nice to meet everyone.

Hello. I'm reading your post with interest. I'm presently waiting for an anthroscopy on my shoulder for arthritis and have told specialist in addition about neck pain which I think is cervical spondylosis as my dad had this. Please keep us updated on your progress
