Neck pain

Hi, I've been suffering from chronic pain in my neck which causes severe migraines. I was diagnosed with klippel feil syndrome last year in C4/5 with degeneration in C6/7 and no disc material in C3. Also bone spurs. Steroid injection last year in C6/7 but made no improvement. I struggle daily with pain and use a scarf to support my neck and cold compress, migraine meds help with the headaches. But for any further treatment or help I haven't received any from my Gp, last visit he offered me Co codoamol. I've tried them all, Co codoamol, amitriptyline, naproxens, all with no effect on my pain. Feel like I'm not being taken seriously and feeling very sorry for myself. Anyone else with this condition and any hints or tips?
