Till what level of physical activty should one do?

Hello there,
So here is a question
I do 30-40 minutes of yoga, and I try to do it 4 days a week. And for the rest of the day, I am not so physically active. So, is being physically inactive adding to my pain levels?
How much activity do you guys do? On a weekly or daily basis?

I have PsA and OA in back and hips mainly. I walk daily with the dog and do a small amount of jogging as part of my walk sometimes which helps with stiffness and I generally feel better for it without much additional pain so would definitely recommend some exercise over being inactive.
But its a real balancing act for me now. I find that if I do too much e.g. jog for more than 15 to 20 mins I will get a flare up/ flu like symptoms for a few days afterwards. Similarly a round of golf will take a couple of days to get over. I don't do strength exercises or pilates/ yoga, I know I should but when I do the strain on my joints just causes them to flare and stiffen up.
