    Thank you for all your good wishes really means a lot.Got book,music ,crochet if I can do it and crossword book with answers at the back,I will get sandwiches but shall take celery and carrot sticks.

    I've just heard from her, she is done for today and is waiting to go home. She is feeling OK, just tired and hungry. Tomorrow she has another 4-5 hours, either with the trial drug or the placebo. DD

    Don't usually post, but have followed Mig's adventures over the years and feel I almost know her. Go for it Mig, you have cheered and spurred on more people than you realise. I am sure the silent as well as the vocal majority are sending you thoughts of love and strength.

    She is on her way home now, via the chippy. She had a reaction to one of the meds so had to wait for the all-clear, thus it all took longer than expected. DD
